Please note, this is a primary residence so there are some personal items in the home. The space Our home offers the unique combination of comfort, location, and style. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable King Bed and the second bedroom offers a luxurious Queen mattress. A cozy queen inflatable mattress is also available for use. The Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen are all open to each other, ensuring you have plenty of time with your crew. Unwind in the evening with a barbecue in our outdoor area, perfect for enjoying the mild coastal weather. Our central location ensures that you're never far from the action, with easy access to all that Santa Cruz has to offer. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an action-packed adventure, our house is the perfect home base for your Santa Cruz vacation. Guest access Our home is in a residential neighborhood with driveway parking for 3 cars to park and plenty of street parking. The whole home is yours (with the exception of owner's closet in the primary bedroom, linen closet in the kitchen, and garage). Other things to note There are steps that lead up to the front door. Our goal is to have the best possible experience for our guests.
