I chose a semi-sea view room, and the front desk chose the corner for me. I looked from the balcony and found that many rooms were not fully occupied, and the kettle was dirty and full of ants. However, it is very suitable for a family trip, with a children's swimming pool, breakfast and dinner are very delicious, the restaurant has two restaurants inside and outside, and the afternoon tea area next to the swimming pool is also very good. I have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.
