No próprio hotel ele dizem ser 5 estrelas, mas não
Passa de 3 estrelas. O único ponto positivo é a localização.
O atendimento é muito seco. Quando chegamos o recepcionista foi muito seco, e só liberou o quarto exatamente as 14:00, mesmo tendo disponibilidade antes, pagamos para tomar café, visto que tínhamos chegamos às 9 da manhã. Que decepção.
Café da manhã muito, muito ruim. Se comparado a um hotel 4 estrelas do Brasil o café da manhã desse hotel fica com nota 2. Sem variedades, preparações não são saborosas.
Quarto até bonito, mas o ar condicionado desligava sozinho o tempo todo, fato que contribuiu pra termos uma noite péssima, visto que a cada 30 minutos se desligava e tínhamos que levantar pra ligar.
Pelo valor que foi pago pela diária fiquei muito decepcionado, e não indico esse hotel.

No other hotels in Santa Cruz can have a better location than this. It’s literally right in the centre of the city. The room is nice and spacious and the staffs are very friendly. The restaurant at the rooftop has the most amazing view. Nothing to complain about.

It is the best location in Santa Cruz, in the main square of the city, very close to a lot of restaurants and shops The room was large and clean. But the hotel needs a strong urgent maintenance and painting. The restaurant smells sewage, and the areas close to it smells like frying. The sauna was closed for maintenance, but no one working to fix it. And they covered the best view of the cathedral with a horrible metal roof

This hotel does not pay its workers. The hotel is behind at least 2 to 3 months or more in paying its workers. The workers give good service as much as they can but the turnover is high. And if they quit or they are fired, the hotel does not give them their pay. Ask the workers if you want to know. This hotel is unethical to its workers.

The Senses Hotel's great strength is its location. Apparently this was once an upscale hotel, but is currently in need of a renovation. Another negative point is the loud sound from the rooftop that can disturb sleep.

Once upon time many many many moons ago this hotel was I expect quite posh….. unfortunately that is not the case today or anytime recently… it’s rundown and very tired. If I’d known I’d never of booked it. I would not call this anywhere near 5 star possibly 2?…. It’s does idly have a tv bigger than my local cinema which is the last thing I want on holiday🙄… Anyway I’d not stay here again.

Hotel indicado con 5 estrellas pero al que le falta mantenimiento. La habitación que nos asignaron era amplia con dos grandes ventanales. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien pero no se paraba al alcanzar la temperatura lo que provocó que durante la noche molestara porque se iniciaba cada 10 minutos o la temperatura era muy baja aunque el termostato estaba muy alto. La limpieza justa pero no incorrecta. El desayuno era correcto, el problema es que si coincides con mas clientes la reposición es muuuuuuuyyy lenta, incluso en ocasiones no se producia. Muy bien situado a unos pasos de la plaza principal. Tal vez esto último es lo más destacable.

No se merece más de 3 estrellas , es sucio y mal cuidado . El café del desayuno es horrible y en general todo muy malo . La recepción deja mucho que desear , lo que es seguro es que no es un servicio 5 estrellas . Lo único positivo es su buena situación en pleno centro histórico .
