Est Hotel

The hotel was beautifully presented and run. Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive, nothing a problem. Fantastic breakfast and restaurant was excellent. Location perfect, dropping down a few steps to the main road, good and plentiful parking available.

My partner and I got married locally and wanted to host welcome drinks the night before the wedding. We were able to have a private event on the terrace with food and drinks with our guests. All staff were excellent and the food was wonderful, we had an amazing evening celebrating with friends. Giovanni helped us to organise the event with ease and ensured the evening ran smoothly. I cannot thank Est hotel and staff for the fantastic evening they created for us as part of our celebrations, and would recommend them highly!

Stayed here for one night on an InnTravel tour. Nice modern hotel (minibar, balcony, good shower, wifi, etc.) Good breakfast, supper in great location on roof terrace. bar, .... Friendly staff. (Jacuzzi closed between 1200 and 1700 is a bit odd) The small private balcony with a view over the city was for me the extra special feature. I recommend, also for a longer stay.

A lovely hotel, all the people working there were excellent. We had a very nice room, the bed sheets were changed daily. We had breakfast every day - there was a very large amount of food to choose from. We also had some evening meals which were very good.

We went there the second time after last year we had the pleasure to be there in occasion of our wedding. This time we went from the end of May till beginning of June. For us, it was not to come to a normal hotel, but to come home: The personal was very kind and professional like the last time we went in July 2022. We were in a deluxe suite and it was over the top! We had a beautiful see sight from the terrace and the service and cleaning were like always from a high level. We had also the opportunity to go to the beach on the other coast side of Salento and also there the service was more than just good. The breakfast is typically salentino which I very appreciate, but there is a huge choice on continental dishes. As I said the most special point is not only the accurate and clean service, not only the beautiful structure of the rooms and the building, not the good food of the rooftop, not the breathtaking see sight, but its personal! You can always ask them for help and they make everything possible to make your wishes become true. This hotel is absolutely advisable and is certainly one of the best establishments within and around Santa Cesarea Terme. Special thanks go to Alfonso, Anna, Orsola, Diego, Chiara, Riccardo, Katia, Giovanni and to all other employees, that make our trip to Salento always a fantastic experience. We have been on a hiking trip along the coast. Santa Cesarea was one of our stops. Est Hotel welcomed us very warmly. We had a nice room with a balcony and sea view. But even better than the balcony is their huge roof terrace. The view is incredible and it's very comfortable. Due to cold temperatures and a steady wind, we went inside to benefit from the bar with the similar view and a nice aperitivo. We spent there only one nigth and continued. Because in our season, nothing else was open, we were very happy, that they opened the restaurant for us (as the only two guests) and provided us a warm meal. The breakfast was typical italiann (sweet) but more than enough and prepared us well for the next hiking day.
