Nos guardaron la reserva al no poder volar tras el apagón del 28/05, fueron muy amables en todo momento. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí por trabajo, repetiremos seguro

The hotel is in a great location and most of the staff are very good. The breakfast was Very good with a good selection and we only had one poor meal of an evening when the chicken skewers were raw. The bar prices were reasonable with a good selection. The cleaners were excellent. There is a large building site by the hotel and we where awoken before 8 most days until the childrens girls football teams arrived and we could only dream of the days when we were woken up by the building site. There were many elderly people with walking difficulties at this hotel yet they just turned a blind to the childrens football teams running up and down corridors, slamming doors at all hours, kicking football around reception, running around the pool and jumping in and out. They very nearly knocked several elderly people over. The people who were supposed to be supervising and the pool attendant/reception just let them do whatever they want with absolutely no regard for anyone else staying at the hotel. On the last day we had a late flight and the only place they would let us get changed was a hut by the pool which was full of cushions and totally unacceptable. A terrible way to end any holidays.

24.08.16-23 - 4 friends NEGATIVE: It is completely unacceptable that the air conditioner did not work (there is no normal air conditioner installed in the hotel, there is a central air conditioner, which is not very good when it is working, because it cannot be adjusted, it blows from the hole under the ceiling, which flows directly into the person's face. It is not very healthy . It was about 35 degrees Celsius during the day. There were no refrigerators in the rooms, water was available at the hotel for €4/L. We only got free water for breakfast. People couldn't sleep or rest, they put the mattress on the balcony at night so they could get some sleep. I read the comments and saw that there was no air conditioning even on August 5th. Compared to that, when we asked about it on Saturday (08.17), they said that it was broken and that no maintenance staff was working on the weekend, but they would take care of it as soon as possible. Nothing happened, in the end they offered a €50/person coupon that could be used to buy a drink. It's a shame that they allow themselves to do this and don't even inform you upon arrival or before. I wouldn't have gone to this hotel if I knew that. Also: There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only for a fee. Very few people speak/understand English, except at reception. POSITIVE: close to the see, the beach is great, clean, white sand. If you want to free place, it worth going at early morning otherwise you cannot find any sunbed and ambrella. The pool is also clean and comfortable. The rooms are very small but modern, there was cleaning every day. The most of the staff were friendly.
