Bluesea Anba Romaní

We stayed for 9 nights. The hotel is well located, and the entrance is spotless and clearly maintained regularly but be careful. There is a lot of wear and tear once you get into the rooms and hallways. In my opinion, the hotel is more of a 3 star in terms of overall quality. The bathroom didn’t have a functioning ventilation system, so the room quickly filled with heat and humidity. By the fifth day, we started seeing insects. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The balcony had a plastic edge, which is very dangerous if you lean on it, especially for children who might not be aware. There were also quite a few rusty elements. The outdoor pools were freezing cold for 7 straight days. Perhaps it was due to the season, fair enough. The indoor pool was in poor condition. Cracked walls, a yellowed jacuzzi that only worked from time to time. The indoor pool water was warm only one or two days out of the nine. The sauna was acceptable. In the final days, I found a dead cockroach near the indoor pool area (where guests walk barefoot). I reported the incident, but the hotel completely dismissed it and replied with something along the lines of: “That’s how it is in Mallorca. The fact that it’s dead shows that our products work.” We’re from Paris, France : there is rats and cockroaches there, but I’ve never seen one in a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. And if it had happened, the hotel would have taken proper action regarding the customer care aspect. We got not apologies, neither a gestuere. They don’t even have the Hoja de reclamaciones at front desk which is a legal requirement. We had to insist twice to get it and finally got it on third time by emailing the hotel. To end on a positive note, the restaurant was our best experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Joana, Jako, Reuben and the chef Ahmadou. The meals were varied over the 9 nights. The desserts were mostly the same every day and not really to our taste, but still nice overall. I do not recommend this hotel if you’re expecting a real 4 star experience. It’s more like a 3 star in some countries, or even a 2 star in terms of comfort by French standards.

Stayed for 5 nights half board with my boyfriend. Lovely clean hotel with an excellent location ( right on the beach front with a stunning view). Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday. Room very stylish and had everything you could need. Hotel very kindly surprised me with a feee bottle of fizz on my birthday. Hotel also offered- beach towel rental 10 euro deposit required and 1 euro cost to be changed. You could also add on all inclusive drinks at dinner for 3 euro per person. The only downside I found was the food. Breakfast food not great na little options (would say the food more a 3 star than a 4) However overall I would definitely return and found this hotel great value for money.

Arrived just after lunch , unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until 2pm but by that time we were exhausted after travelling a long time, the receptionist said do we want to go for lunch while it was available (as I had booked a sea view room ) I said not really but she accommodated us quickly with a side sea view. We weren’t told what floor our room was on nor was we told what time breakfast was available from ( B& B ). Anyway went to our room which was nice, very clean and bright nice size I booked a double. We went for a walk to the shops which is literally next door ( SPAR) then returned and went to lay by the pool for a few hours which was lovely area and enough sunbeds probably because the season hadn’t started when we arrived. The next day went down for breakfast which was lovely so much selection , hot food , cereals, continental breakfast, fresh juices , fresh fruit , fresh bread all different types to choose from, bit of a fight to get your toast and a hot drink ( advice… go early ) after breakfast went for a chill round the pool, decided to go to the back of the hotel where there is a pool with a sea view which was lovely too and the bar just inside. We decided To go all inclusive on the second day to which the staff were very obliging arranging this for us and it was worth it , but have to pay €1 per drink just for the use of the plastic cup which is refundable when you have finished in my eyes this wasn’t an issue. It was my partners birthday during our stay so I arranged for a cake to put in our room while we were out (payable of course) all the staff work very hard , there were snacks throughout the day , no pool bar though probably as out of season but still nice. All the staff were obliging never saw a miserable one or rude come to that !! The only downfall lots of Germans which I found very arrogant and rude .. would definitely here again 👌🥰 The photos from the balcony are from room 2120 on the first floor.

Great hotel! Rooms are comfy, clean and spacious. Also, the hotel is next to the beach which is a plus. The food buffet is diverse and tasty with all sort of options (veggie ones as well). All staff were very friendly, especially Nuno. Cheers guys :)

I was here with my family for 10 days and I have to honestly say: this is how a hotel should be. The atmosphere was simply beautiful and so was the view. I have to be honest, I have rarely seen a hotel where the staff and employees went about their work with such friendliness. No matter how stressful a situation was, everyone was always friendly and tried to create an unforgettable time. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly and has really great offers, such as a round of table tennis in the afternoon and a magic show in the evening. Just like the really exciting disco evenings or music guessing games. The way to the sea is not far at all and easy to reach for everyone, whether disabled or not, because the hotel has various barrier-free entrances. So if you asked me about a cheap and just good and family-friendly hotel, I would always say: Anba Romaní !!!!
