Booked this hotel over a year ago, I must say having read the glowing reviews at the time, I am disappointed! This is however my opinion. This hotel is just okay, I appreciate you wrote to me and informed me it had been changed to a vibe hotel, but know your audience, about 6 guests around the pool, nobody under 40 and a DJ playing house music, is not really appropriate, music yes but this was a waste of their time! Perhaps high season is different? View from my room was a patch of wasteland covered in rubbish, not to mention the construction traffic for 12 hours a day starting at about 07.30! No notification of what is happening in the hotel, which is not a lot, again appreciate low season, we where only told, cashless system and hardly restaurant opening times upon arrival, that is pretty much it! If you want to use the Bali beds next to the infinity pools it’s a €50 euro minimum spend! The two lifts in reception are actually lethal the door closes on you as there is no sensor, so if you don’t quite make it in the door it closes swiftly on you! This happened on more than one occasion and we had to remember to dash in the lift and quickly press the hold door button, to prevent injury! I now come on to the food, very limited poor selection at both breakfast and dinner, repetitive and a struggle to make a meal, Turkey steaks 3 nights in a row! For 4 star I really would expect better and I have experienced much better in Majorca on previous visits, Paid quite a lot for HB and we are having to go out and pay extra for meals, If you are attracting a UK guest please cater for them, just a hint this resort on the whole is predominantly German, not a problem, but us Brits are sometimes far too polite for our own good! If in any doubt do your research on Cala Millor and surrounding area. Would I stay here again, no and I love Majorca but there is so much more of it to see!
