Grand Paradiso Ibiza - Adults Only

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, one of my valuable items was stolen directly from my hotel room. The manager was cooperative and kind, but he didn’t find a solution of my case. I hope management takes this review seriously and implements better security measures.

Stunning hotel comfy beds and pillows , fab area in the bay close to water taxi , really enjoyed our stay will for sure book again , didn’t have any food at the hotel so can’t comment on that , bar service was a little slow but we got used to the laid back vibe of the hotel

New hotel build hotel with a great concept and theme. We stayed for three nights at the end of august and overall had an amazing stay. Front reception staff were always helpful especially when we arrived and the weather wasn’t great. Pool bar staff were always friendly and kept food and drinks flowing. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends group who want to be close to the action but also have a good quality and comfortable stay in Ibiza.

We had a wonderful stay here for one week celebrating my birthday with 6 friends. We had the David Lynch room which was outstanding. From the initial greeting from Leonardo who was the friendliest front of house person I have ever met he has impeccable service and can tell he loves his job. Our bed was very comfy, shower excellent. Breakfast was lovely and fresh we loved the freshly cooked eggs with avocado and salsa. We have to mention Marcela who made our stay even more amazing! Going out of her way to get to know us and always had a lovely smile and fantastic customer service. Thank you. The vibes from the pool were perfect, excellent DJs, chilled out vibes was exactly what we needed after experiencing ibiza nightlife. Being able to go to the other concept hotels is also a bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a birthday to remember.

This is probably one of the most gorgeous places I have stayed in in Ibiza! I came here for my Hen-do in July, and the vibes this hotel brought made the holiday! We actually spent one night partying in the suite as we didn't want to waste such an incredible room! The drinks and food was amazing, and all apart from one of the staff we encountered were very accommodating and polite. The only downfall would be the extremely rude waitress behind the bar. On our last day I had asked for an iced coffee in the morning, (they just put milk and ice in a glass and you put the coffee in from the machine yourself) and she out right said she didn't want to! Then served the lady next to me a coffee...? After complaining to reception, she reluctantly gave me a glass of milk and ice, then continued to shout in Spanish about the situation to any other member of staff who came over which was embarrassing on both sides, over a glass of milk.. The matter was resolved on check out, so thank you very much to the receptionist who couldn't apologise enough for her! I will defiantly be returning to this fabulous hotel!

This is a very wonderful and special hotel. We stayed two weeks @ the Grand Paradiso. The decoration is great, especially if you like art-deco style. A great retro-style. Pool area is also great, with very confortable sunbeds and a lot of space with a dj playing cool chillout music making a great atmosphere. The cocktails and the food at the pool was also delicious. Rooms are also cool, we had a suite, which a lot of space and a different decoration. Which we liked. Most of the staff was also friendly. There is also enough parking space, if the parking is full you can park in the sister hotel which is very close. Wifi working also good. Close to the hotel there is also an external bar, which you can enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. The rooms are also sound proved. You don't hear any noises from the neighboor rooms. The reason I don't give this hotel 5 stars, is cause of the cleaning. Unfortunately the cleaning in the room was not very good. Only some days after we claimed, the improved a little bit. But after that, almost everyday a towel was missing in the room. So we had to ask every time. There is also no hand soap, which I really don't understand. Should be a must. It would be also great if the pool-bar would be open in the evening. I don't know if this is usual or not in ibiza. Anyway, I would recommend and return this hotel and I hope they can improve the some of the lacks.
