Romeos Ibiza - Adults Only

Totally overrated. Hotel decor is nice that's about it. Hotel area is very quiet, not many restaurants or nice bars near. Pool area is not the best, small and very quiet. Random old banger cars outside don't really look good at all, like a scrap yard. And then there is the staff. From a really awkward welcome to being treated like we where a hindrance to the staff we really didn't enjoy the attitude of all the staff. Not allowed to drink at pool unless you purchase drinks from the pool bar. Not great when the bar opens at 1200 and your having a swim at 9am. You could have a poor coffee or a orange juice. Literally had drinks taken away by snotty staff because we brought them to pool because maybe we wanted a can of coke. Literally not one of the staff cracked a smile all holiday. I mean it's not hard to be nice. Couldn't have been further away from staff at other hotels who literally go out of the way to make your stay great, and whilst doing so make you spend your money on hotel drinks (which we would have been keen to do) Avoid. Plenty of better hotels in area. Go the NXY hotel. The staff are amazing. Hotel is cheaper in a better area. Luckily we didn't let this get in the way of a great time in Ibiza. We have been numerous times and this is literally the least welcome at a hotel we have felt.

I visited Romeo’s with a group of 8 friends and we had the most amazing time. The hotel is so trendy and clean, the suite is a fantastic room and so worth the extra cost! The staff were so helpful calling us taxis and recommending places for us to go in Ibiza. Massive thank you to Ana and Leo especially for being so friendly and making our stay so memorable. We had food and cocktails in the hotel a couple of times and couldn’t fault it, the daiquiris are delicious. Being able to use other Concept group hotels is a massive bonus as we also had a look in Paradiso, Grand Paradiso and Los Felices which are all close by. If we return to Ibiza we would definitely rebook!

This hotel is very photogenic indeed and for the purpose of our mini break, it was perfect. I can imagine that for longer stays, it might not tick all of the boxes. Only because of small details no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, no daily free water (you do get x2 welcome bottles). On the plus side, they had in room mini Smeg fridges for you to replenish yourself. Best thing about this place is the lovely staff who are extremely friendly and relaxed. They gave us great recommendations. I was confused by some of the reviews complaining about service. They’re a small team doing their best and sure, if you’re expecting overattentive 5* service then maybe this isn’t the place for you. But to us it felt like we had the run of the place and we had a blast!

Quiero agradecer en principio a Kiss FM y al Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de Sa Talaya por un fin de semana espectacular. Hemos disfrutado del festival Sonorama y de las instalaciones y del buen servicio del hotel, todo ha sido de 10! Recomiendo hospedarse incluyendo el desayuno, son muy buenos y abundantes. Repetiría de nuevo! Gracias!

Fijn verblijf gehad. Standaard kamer wat aan de kleine kant, maar zeer smakelijk ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel. Drankjes aan het zwembad zouden wel iets eerder mogen, maar alles was verder helemaal top. Rond het hotel niet heel druk, maar dat is ook wel fijn om te ontsnappen aan de drukte op Ibiza

Me duele poner esta reseña porque era una enamorada de este hotel y hemos estado en 4 ocasiones, incluso íbamos a volver otra vez en unos días para pasar mi cumpleaños pero lo hemos cancelado porque no nos vamos con buen sabor de boca y no nos apetece volver. Nos dieron una habitación con un problema y en lugar de cambiarnos inmediatamente y arreglarlo sin estar nosotros por medio, nos tuvieron esperando a que el técnico lo arreglara, finalmente ni se solucionó ni nos cambiaron, con todas las molestias que eso conllevó: no poder ponernos cómodos esperando al técnico, recoger todo de nuevo porque supuestamente nos iban a cambiar de noche, luego no nos cambiaron y al día siguiente volver a recoger todo y cambiar de habitación. La compensación iba a ser 0, y tuvimos que insistir mucho y perder tiempo en hablar con ellos, porque no nos parecía justo haber dormido en una habitación que no estaba bien + las molestias que vinieron después y que no tuvieran ni un mínimo detalle con nosotros siendo clientes habituales. La compensación ha sido un bono de 60€ para gastar en el bar, pero en plena temporada alta no tienen de todo lo que aparece en la carta, entre otras cosas, hemos pedido unos batidos y dicen que tienen la batidora rota desde hace días y que no saben ni cuando la arreglarán. Nos dijeron: “que sepáis que esta compensación está por encima de lo que ofrecemos habitualmente, ya que valoramos mucho vuestra fidelidad”, vaya que si vienes por primera vez y tienes algún problema poco vas a conseguir. Como positivo destacar la atención de Rocío, tan maravillosa y agradable como siempre.
