Wonderful hotel Extremely clean however breakfast was a very big disappointment as all hot items were cold on the hot plates. I Spoke to the staff about this but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could do an omelette they said they would go and speak to the chef after a few minutes they came back and said that an omelette wasn't possible. I continued the breakfast with cold items such as meat and cheeses.
The chef came out on several occasions to rearrange food at no time did he replenish the hot items
Should you wish breakfast at this location do not expect a hot buffet as it will not be hot unless you are present as they are putting the whole buffet out at the start of service. Overall a major disappointment especially with the attitude of the staff.

Fantastic hotel . So quirky and immaculately clean. A special shout out to Angel our around the pool waiter. He couldn’t do enough for us and was so attentive to all our needs. We can’t wait to get back. We stayed in the suite there was 5 of us girls out here for a 21st birthday. If anyone is out there looking for something different this is the hotel for you

Pulling up to this hotel, my friends and I were instantly so excited! Our rooms were spotless and just the general vibes were amazing! We spent one of our afternoons just by the pool, cocktails flowing, Angel looked after us so well, he made our afternoon! From solo travellers, to hen dos, this is a banger of a hotel. We would love to try all the other concept hotels now! Definitely recommend.

4 of us stayed at the Paradiso for 4 nights at the beginning of May. The hotel is amazing, so pretty and clean, great decor too. The location is a little taxi ride from San Antonio, roughly 10-15 minutes. A few bars in the area if you wanted to stay local but as we came so early in the season, not everything was open. We had breakfast in the hotel a couple of mornings, highly recommended. A great vibe around the pool, cocktails are good and waitress service so no need to move from the poolside! Would definitely return, especially as part of a girls holiday

Place is lovely drinks are amazing and food is amazing too. Absolutely love Angel pool waiter he looked after us at all times. Great vibe, design is mind blowing everything is spot on . I would 100% recommend it. There’s a glass room at the reception that’s free to stay. So cool

Angel was stand out for us, a real credit to this property! Angel was stand out for us, He was so personable and helpful made our holiday, thanks Angel! All the bar/restaurant staff were also so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Real relaxed pool vibes and with DJ throughout the day. Food and drinks good- cocktails nice and strong but tasty! Other hotel facilities closed on our visit for time of year. Our second room was perfect and really nicely placed in the hotel ground floor pool view - large balcony patio and sun trap Reception staff could learn a lot from bar/restaurant staff about customer service and honesty, they were quite miserable and didn't handle complaints well

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, something stylish with good transport links to other parts of the island. Hotel was clean and facilities were as stated when booking. Andy’s food and drinks bar by the pool is incredibly overpriced for the type of food that is served, nearly €40 for an average sandwich and a cocktail. Breakfast is €18 per person, if you’re not a big breakfast person then there’s a supermarket opposite selling fresh fruit and bakery items. In terms of the staff 90% were brilliant and were available to help with any queries. However the remaining 10% I did find incredibly rude and unhelpful, making comments about me looking underage when they know full well I’m over 21 (as stated as an adults only resort) as they checked my passport when I arrived at the hotel. Location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit San Antonio for water sports (or nightlife, but we didn’t visit for that) buses towards the old town and other parts of the Island are also within walking distance from the hotel and are very reliable. Taxi’s can be very hit or miss, in our experience they tend to prioritise trips to San Antonio bars and clubs over journeys to places like the airport.

Absolutely gorge hotel, super aesthetic and staff super attentive. Food and cocktails poolside also super reasonable! Great way to spend the day, stayed in the zero suitw and would recommend to anyone feeling adventurous. One of our best holiday stays.

The hotel is pretty like it’s pictures and staff friendly. They serve food and drink around the pool which is nice. The location isn’t great for most things, you will likely need to get a cab for pretty much everything you are doing and sometimes it is very difficult to get a cab here. Breakfast is very average, deffo don’t pay extra for this. Sun loungers…. Only one side of the pool gets any sort of sun, the whole other side is in the shade all day. Even though we all have late nights everybody seems to get up at the crack of dawn and reserve any of the decent beds. The hotel also reserve the best beds for day pass guests which seems unfair when the rest of us are paying to stay. Music around the pool is bizarre, lots of 80s and there was only a dj on one of the 3 days we stayed. It is a nice hotel but their options in Bossa may be better
