Ibiza Rocks Hotel - Adults Only

Todo perfecto, un hotel muy recomendable si te gusta la fiesta. Aún en temporada baja, se lo pasa muy bien. Volveré.

The room was huge and really clean. Cleaning staff was really friendly Best part in the hotel was the chill pool. Cocktails were amazing and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Amazing people. In special Juan Carlos the lifeguard and thank the restaurant staff Leo, Gaston for always being helpful and Joan for making the best cocktails ever. The pool party stage looks amazing and the prices even better. The location was perfect and really easy to find. Definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. Thanks Ibiza rocks family.

Best holidays ever by the chill pool , my wife and myself had the best experience around the chill pool. We had such a beautiful weather, the staff, specifically, Carlos, life guard he was so helpful and professional and attentive. Pedro and the other security staff were absolutely amazing. Best holiday absolutely fantastic experience will definitely be back. We would highly recommend this hotel and the staff to our friends and family.

Stalag 13 is more comfortable. I understand the tragic events earlier this week and full respect on how the hotel handled this. However, the hotel (or Hostel) as I would describe it, needs to be either shut down and rebuilt, or some more TLC needed. Rooms whilst big, towels with stains, a couple of vegetable soap bars, ashtray in the fridge. Very basic this hotel is, so be prepared. Bring bed bug spray!! breakfast was quite good, full English if needed but get there before 10am. one night around mid-night, a total power cut for about an hour. Not one emergency light worked, total darkness, staff invisible to guide and assist. That was an accident waiting to happen again. Chillpool - beds are metal frames that if you don’t have a decent towel, you will end up being deformed after an hour. Also, be prepared for swimming with other bodily fluids I am sure entered the pool. Music around the chill pool was good however. Vibe of the place, if you just want a ‘cell’ to sleep in for a few hours, and have a bacon sandwich in the morning to get you back to normal, this is the place to be. It’s a party ‘holding’ point for everyone. Oh, and taxi’s…..long wait outside the hotel. Download the taxi click app, it’s quicker to get a taxi (and Uber is a rip off in Ibiza). Staff - the lifeguard spent more time in the pool, hanging out with the ladies, chatting, showing off his arms. Not sure if anything were to happen, he would be there for you. Other staff were helpful and smiley. So I give them credit for trying to put lipstick on a pig working at this hotel. Be warned……

Very basic room, faulty plug sockets, bad electric shock from socket in bathroom (told them on checkout & they weren’t concerned). Main pool closed & events cancelled. Needs redecorated, cracks everywhere. Lack of basic toiletries & amenities - soap only, no tea/coffee. Was fine, but expected better for the price & the hype.
