Middle of Everything
This served well as a middle point between our activities in Gunnison, Manti, and Palisades. We were a little surprised at the stairs to the loft being a pull down ladder, but it all worked out in the end.

Perfect
This house was very clean & very easy to check into & out of with no hassle. It was totally stocked with everything we needed, including replacement bulbs for the lights. The spice cupboard was well stocked, rendering meal prep complete without an extra trip to the store. The location was also great for our needs, close to the area we needed to be in, and the owners are phenomenal people who went above and beyond in every way. I can’t recommend it enough.

Nice place to stay
It was very close to Palisade state park. We had a wonderful time golfing and hanging out. The house was very nice the only draw back is there is only one bathroom.

Great little place to stay
What a fun little place to stay. We went golfing one morning and it was a short 5 minute drive to Palisade park. It is a nice and quiet location. We even managed with the one bathroom.

Riding Arapeen
This is the perfect house/place to stay to explore the Arapeen trail!! The owners are awesome and will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. My family will definitely be back.

Peaceful place in the country
We have stayed at this home a couple of times over the years. It is clean and the owners are very nice and accommodating. Love that it is down a country lane, very peaceful.
