The hotel is very close to Sano Station, and the staff is friendly. One of them speaks fluent English and is easy to communicate with. The room is nice, but the air conditioner and carpet need to be cleaned more. Breakfast is rich and delicious! The hotel reception is on the first floor, and there is a free parking lot underground. However, the underground elevator is closed after 8 pm. You have to carry your luggage and take the stairs to the first floor before there is an elevator to the room floor.

The service staff are very patient and friendly. They gave the children a bag of bath towels and a small drawing book. The children were very happy to get them. The room was very clean and there was a soup house available. After running, I felt relaxed and slept better. The coffee provided in the morning is delicious. My family likes it very much. The reason why I chose this hotel to stay is because it is located in the Sano Outlet Shopping Center and is the hotel with the shortest walking distance. The surrounding dining facilities are complete. Although it is small, the facilities are complete, everything is missing, and the service is also good. The only shortcoming is that I don’t know whether it is a sound insulation problem or a problem of the quality of the neighbors. On the first night, the noise was very noisy, and I couldn’t bear it. It got quiet very late. The second night was slightly better.
