Haven Mountain Retreat

We stayed at Haven for about a week with my family and kids, and couldn't recommend them more. In fact, we intend returning as much as possible. The service and courtesy were impeccable, super prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable staff across all levels. The suites/apartments were spacious and comfortable. The property is at a great location, with breathtaking views and serenity. Lots to do around with the summer card especially with kids. Deck 7 food was heavenly, great quality and service. The staff went above and beyond to organise my son's birthday. We spent most time in the heated pool, which was a relaxing experience. We're avid travellers and like to experience boutique luxury, and I must say we hold Haven amongst the top in high regard. Can't wait to get back in the winter. Alok Kapur and family

Experience was simply awesome, all was simply perfect from the location and mountains view till SPA and facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful all over the process and staying. The flat was clean and cozy with worm and high-end furniture paired with a relaxing atmosphere to get fully relaxed. Breakfast with high quality and healthy food. Experience to repeat, surely.

The team at Haven are amazing, the hotel is perfectly located for ski in ski out, about 30 seconds walk to the chair lift. The hotel is modern and contemporary but maintains the Austrian ski lodge vibe, combining modern 5 star with authentic Austrian exceptionally well. The Spa and outside heated infinity pool are both stunning and great to come home to after skiing. Spa has a very large Sauna, Steam Room and 2 infra red heated relaxation rooms along with huge day beds to relax on. Deck 7 serves breakfast which is Buffett and table ordering for hot dishes, all totally delicious. They have an all day menu of Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Burgers and Grills and then have an evening menu, we ate there 5 times and had fantastic meals every-time. New Year’s Eve was a Great Gatsby Party, 5 course meal with fireworks and champagne at midnight and a live DJ and party into the morning.A big thank you to all the Deck 7 team who made the night and seemed to have almost as much fun as us. We’ve visited this hotel 3 times already in the last two years, recommended to several groups of friend and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting the most amazing time, families, couples or friends, this hotel has something for everyone. Every time we are here it is a FANTASTIC experience!!! The ambience, style, clever concept & logistics are AMAZING, the rooms are super nice and spacious and the staff is extremely helpful, just lovely. The food is excellent, particularly the breakfast sets Haven apart, but also a la carte there is great choice for lunch and. Dinner. The same goes for the. Eine selection and choice of cocktails. Very nice Wellness area and best in class gym equipment. Overall our holiday at Haven was pure bliss.

Beautiful new hotel with a wonderful wellness. We visited for the second time. The location of the hotel is fine for further trips. Staff at the reception very nice. Only the service in the Deck7 restaurant was a big disappointment for us. Absolutely does not correspond to the price.

Nice atmosphere, great service at the reception. The rooms are incredibly comfortable Beautifully located swimming pool. Breakfasts were very good and varied. We got a better room than the one we ordered. We highly recommend it for a trip to the mountains.
