Ulasan Xiji LOFT Boutique Homestay (Yanjing Institute of Technology)

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. And it was amazing the room was very clean the host was very polite and understanding, tge amenities all worked perfectly. It was a very comfortable and serene location, the shops and malls nearby where also a good walk about. Overall it was a perfecr stay. We will stay again here when we comebto beijing again.

The hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

Absolutely love this place , I needed it as it felt like home, would definitely recommend it if you want a home feeling with all amenities

第三次住他家民宿了前兩次民宿點評點擊錯了 少給了五星好評，這次依然的感覺房間很乾凈 床上一塵不染服務態度 必須點贊幾乎滿足了我入住的所有需求投影設備效果特別好 支持4K超高清房間隔音特別好 床睡得特別舒服。⌯oᴗo⌯ P3 床品有褶皺，説明是正兒八經的一客一換的床單被罩

設施：超級好哇，冰箱洗衣機都很好用，都很乾凈，投影也超讚，空調也好用， 衞生：哪裡都乾乾淨淨的，沒有那種灰塵，沒有異味 環境：隔音不得不説真的超級好，我是個每次住酒店都對隔音要求很高的人，一點吵鬧聲和噪音都聽不見，關上窗户安睡一整夜，真的太讚了 服務：老闆人超好超有耐心，退房時落了東西，老闆也幫我們找到了，愛了

房間很好，而且價格很實惠，老闆也很好，下次來這玩還定他們家的

訂了七八次了，每次去燕郊旅遊，去北京旅遊都會住。房間很乾凈，設施很全面，價格很便宜，窗外景色也很好，性價比很高，交通很便利。

基本上這家民宿設施地點都不錯！老闆服務態度也是很好，如果一定挑剔就是入口走廊皆是感應燈剛到時覺得有一點陰暗住習慣了就還可以！建議是否可以增加飲用水及電熨斗之捉供

這個不錯，下次還會再住，房間乾淨，停車方便，床墊軟，能洗衣服 能做飯。還有小冰箱。老闆服務也非常好，冰箱裏還有冰鎮飲料🥤。

새건물이라 레지던스 깨끗하고 청소도 잘되어 있는 편이었어요 친구집 근처로 예약해서 잘 있다가 갑니다 다음에도 예약의사있어요:)

之前來燕郊都是住迎賓路那邊的民宿，但是沒有能做飯的東西，這次從網上看到了這家，顯示是LOFT，並且有蒸鍋，索性跟這邊買點大閘蟹回來蒸着吃，別説燕郊這邊兒的大閘蟹比北京便宜很多，而且還好吃，房間很乾凈，電視有會員可以看電視劇電影，不像很多地電視沒會員啥也看不了成了擺設，屋子不大，但是很舒服很整潔，以後再來還住這，樓下停車也是非常方便

沒見過這麼離譜的，訂了一下午的鐘點房，半截居然又有倆情侶輸密碼把門打開了，説是給發的也是這個房子，不知道店主腦子在想什麼，頭一回住一套房子的密碼還能發好幾個訂單的離譜民宿，管理混亂的不行，太扯淡
