Manee Sangkha Hotel

We booked a room for 4 nights and upon arrival found the place to be very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The room is very basic with no coffee making facilities, microwave and the wifi was barely usable. We ordered some room service and it arrived fresh and tasty. There is a small shop in the reception that has a few items available and well priced. We booked the room with breakfast included and in the evening we asked at reception what time breakfast would be served, the receptionist pointed to the restaurant. We made our way to breakfast that morning to find only coffee some bread and toaster and a huge urn of congee. I went to reception to see if I had to order breakfast and was given the menu, I ordered for my wife and I and waited back in the restaurant when the meals arrived I was handed a bill. I went back and advised them that our breakfast was included and they took the bill from me, thinking that was sorted out I went back to eat my meal. After returning back that afternoon the phone in the room rings, its reception asking when I was going to pay for the breakfast, I went straight to reception to sort this out and was told that the only free breakfast is the congee and I had to pay, I explained that they should have stated that on the website if they are offering breakfast included if it is only congee. We packed up the next morning and left 2 days early.
