Off season time. Hotel was dead. But good experience. Maybe during winter ski season would be nice.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are comfortable. Spa is quite good, especially the big jacuzzi outside. Massage is excellent and professional. Breakfast is terrible, and very basic. Some badly dried eggs, some salad which feels more like plastic, and some fried bacon.. We also had a dinner, and food had no taste. Management needs to seriously work on attitude and client orientation. Asked cleaner for extra quilt, since it was cold, and she just dropped it and disappeared without any bed sheets. I called her back and then she inserted the quilt inside of the bed sheets. Restaurant waiter, was arrogant, and ruth during the dinner on 20 January. Probably since this is state property, and they get salary anyway. The hotel needs to work seriously on service improvement and staff attitude.

A very nice hotel that has been recently renovated (in 2019 to be exact) that is located at the perfect place in Sandanski - next to a park and also the city center. The food was very good, the SPA area was very good as well. Overall - it was a nice experience, I would probably visit again.

Hotel rooms, breakfast, spa, all service - most excellent. Breakfast was very good. I do not agree with negative reviews. All the personnel are friendly and helpful. And they are really putting an effort. The pools are great( I am very sensitive- nothing happened to my skin, so I can verify the pools are clean). Cleaning of the rooms is also very good. Some tips for improvement of the spa areas: 1. It would be good if there are 2 designated lanes with dividers: one for swimming laps; and second one split in two in the middle for the people that can only do 1/2 lane. This way the swimmers can swim and the soakers can soak. It is impossible to swim from one end to the other due to people being all over the pool at all times. 2. No running and no smoking by the pools( I saw one of the lifeguard smoking near the outdoor pools). NON SMOKING needs to be strictly enforced. It is NOT.

Although hotel has reputation as one of the best mineral water hotels, I would give it rating of one of the worst for the following reasons : - not polite personal. I don't blame them for that but the management. Fish smells from the head. We need to run in order to catch closing time of the spa. We did manage to leave the spa center at 19:59, one second before closing time at 20:00. I don't what happens to those that are late. - although the hotel rooms are renovated, hotel and perticulary spa center has elements of an other era, which gives you feeling of luxury communism or more precesly pink painted concerte. In short go somewhere else would suggest for such money much better hotels you have in the same city I believe.

I was taken by a business associate to stay the night in Sandarski and he decided to reserve at the Interhotel. Initially, I thought it was an Intercontinental hotel when my colleague mentions the hotel's name. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The building looks good and I believe they must have had some renovations done recently from what we were told while having dinner in the restaurant. Let's start with the reception, the employees seemed unhappy and definitely not trained to deal with foreign visitors. The rooms we were given were not as clean as expected, it's obvious that the cleaning is done too quickly and lacks attention to detail, the shower had very low water pressure, the bathroom amenities are of poor quality and the pillow in my room was stained. The food in the restaurant was very mediocre, Happy's down the road serves better food. Very noisy corridors, people knock on your door although you have a do not disturb sign. It's a shame because this hotel has potential, however, it's poorly managed. I complained at the reception, but it seemed that nobody cares. I will never stay in this hotel again even if they gave me the room for free. Shocking. Not worth the money. I suggest they hire some qualified people to manage the hotel.

I don't think to come back - poor rooms - bathroom was tragedy - poor food - I found 4 dirty dishes for 2 days stay, meat wasn't prepared well and it was impossible to eat, everything was cold - poor service +nice mineral water +close to the centre of the city It is not 4 stars Hotel and I don't recommend it at all. Better find an other place to stay.

It was perfectly organized, up to every detail (music, fun, food, decoration) which made us truly to enjoy it! + there are many rooms in the hotel so booking last minute is not a problem + rooms are renovated and refurnished + there is kids playground center, free for hotel guests + free wifi in rooms and lobby + stuff is OK + towels in rooms are changed every day - small variety of food at breakfast and dinner - only 1 option for cheese; 1 option for salami; very few variety for vegetarians - some parts of the hotel are very old and need renovation - some parts of our bathroom were not good - i am applying pictures - some communication problems with daily programm and activities - it was announced kids workshop in a certain conference room, we waited for 30 minutes in front of the room but they have decided to chsnge location without informing
