"Despite clearly stating "no smoking allowed" in the notes, they still moved me to a smoking floor. Using the hotel's Wi-Fi was a hassle (it required a wired connection, and I couldn't even find where to connect it). While I appreciate the cleaning staff's hard work, I had already written down which items didn't need changing on a small note by the bed, yet they still replaced everything every day. I hope they can pay more attention to guests' needs."

"The building has aged well, so I was prepared for that, but I was very pleased with the corner room, which had plenty of light and a view, and the thoughtful cleanliness. From the station, you walk through the shopping street and cross Aioi Bridge, and the atmosphere is close to residential areas, which was a comforting feeling for a solo traveler. Breakfast was in a different building before you returned to the room, but it was a modern, casual buffet restaurant on the first floor. The staff were also very welcoming and welcoming, making it a very comfortable stay. Thank you."
