Using the hotel's Wi-Fi was a hassle (it required a wired connection, and I couldn't even find where to connect it). While I appreciate the cleaning staff's hard work, I had already written down which items didn't need changing on a small note by the bed, yet they still replaced everything every day. I hope they can pay more attention to guests' needs."

The room was clean and tidy with no strange smells, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
