My wife and I stayed at RIAD Comfort Rooms for eight nights. When we first got there we had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, who made us feel very welcome. We found him to be helpful and accommodating. RIAD’s architectural design of the premise retained some of the history of the island. The entire premises was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is also a rooftop sitting area where one can enjoy a drink in the quietude of the evening. Everything was in good working order. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard every morning for breakfast. There was an assortment of food available. We could ask for nothing more. Francesco's staff were kind and went out of their way to accommodate. The beautiful, clean beach was a one minute walk away. We would not hesitate to book another week’s stay at this location. Everything about this hotel is just perfect: the location, the rooms, the amenities, the kindness of the staff. Francesco made us feel welcome since day 1 and made sure that we had an amazing stay at all times. He took the time to give us the best recommendations about the area and thanks to him we discovered some amazing places that we would have not found otherwise. The breakfast was amazing, from salty items to sweet local pastries, the variety of food was always impressive and everything is served in a hygienic way. Words can't describe how beautiful San Vito Lo Capo is, and staying at this beautiful hotel was just the cherry on the cake that made everything ever more magical, I highly recommend it to both single couples and families or even lone travelers. 10/10!

We had the best experience at Riad comfort rooms, the hospitality was some of the best I’ve encountered even better than most 5 stars I’ve stayed in recently. The breakfast was great, all fresh pastries from a local bakery and a variety of fresh fruit everyday. The host was an absolute gent and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The rooms were extremely clean, modern and spacious. I especially loved the sun deck on the top floor, it was nice to have the quiet space to read during the hot days. The distance from the beach and town was only about 30 seconds of a walk. Will definitely be back again and recommend anyone who is thinking of visiting San vito Lo capo to stay at Riad Comfort Rooms.

The RIAD Comfort Rooms was our home away from home for 12 days. Francesco and his staff were awesome, making our stay even more special. Francesco’s attention to detail and his expertise in hotel management shines throughout his beautiful and well appointed property. Breakfast at the RIAD was especially delicious with many local food varieties and American favorites. Also they are very attentive to individuals with food sensitivities. Each room was uniquely designed, comfortable and extremely clean. The terrace was a perfect place to see the sunset on the amazing San Vito’s beach. We found that the RIAD was centrally located, which made the town and dining very walkable and the beach were just a few steps away.

We are happy to have found this rare jewel in San Vito Lo Capo. Here we enjoyed the cleanliness, high service standards and breakfast as in a (very good) 5* hotel. At the same time we sometimes felt as home, having all needed comfort and all details covered thanks to Francesco and his team. The magic of this Riad comes from Francesco’s attention to his guests & his passion to make each stay unforgettable, from the lights, the architecture and furniture, music, view, fresh air and the jasmine perfume and so much more. We hope to return soon.

We did stay at the Hotel Riad Comfort Rooms for 10 days and we we’re satisfied in everything. Our room was clean, breakfast was very good in my opinion everything was really enjoyable. The nice beach is just few steps and specially the owner Francesco and his collega Lina are very friendly, kind and Helpful. Hospitality is top , I could say. I just can assure you. The hotel, like a private villa, is charming, clean and noise free! The owner and staff could not have been more kind - even though my son, grandson and I stayed only one night I would like to return for a long vacation - the town is charming and the beach super. The hotel has really the feeling of a riad in Morocco.

Me and my partner spent 1 week at the Riad Comfort Rooms. Clean and spacious room and breakfast was excellent. This was one of our best experiences at B&B. We loved the location as it was only 6min walk to the city centre. Francesco guided us on which restaurants to go to & what we could see in San Vito Lo Capo. I would warmly recommend to stay at RIAD Comfort Rooms

Struttura ricettiva nuova, curata e molto pulita con servizio teli mare incluso nel prezzo, terrazzino ad uso comune fornito di stendini e lavatrice (per una famiglia con bimbi un quid in più!). Stanza ampia, spaziosa e fornita di prodotti per la pulizia anche per i piccoli. Colazione ottima, pasticceria tipica fresca e diversa ogni giorno, servizio eccellente, sempre sorridenti e gentili. Da tornarci assolutamente!
