Very clean, spacious and fast internet. Close to mall but far from airport and bo shuttle

Is a great 3 star hotel to stay with shopping mall a stone throw away and many shops around. Highly recommended.

We checkin late at night and was very tired. When entered the room there was no water and had to go down myself to reception to get 2 small water bottles and paid 1 euro for the extra small bottle. The room was super cold at night with no heater and cannot adjust the aircond temperature. Its suitable for a short stay and its not that near to Airport Terminal 1. There is a mall Plaza Norte 2 and convenience store called Aldi across the hotel.

Nothing related to t4(terminal 4) airport. Far away from airport(should over 13km). Must take taxi as there is no bus or metro to go there from airport. The name of hotel misleading people. Be careful when booking.

酒店設施一般，衞生環境也很一般，對比國內經濟型酒店都不是一個檔次上的，服務一般，餐食一般，幸虧衹是過度一晚，唯一優點就是離機場近。

Hôtel très propre et assez bien situé Seul bémol assez dérangeant est le fait de faire payer l’emplacement de parking malgré que l’on soit client/résidant de l’hôtel. Je pars de l’idée que si l’hôtel a un parking c’est justement pour les clients, je ne vois pas la logique de devoir payer en plus. Par ailleurs pour ma part j’avais réservé cet hôtel en particulier car il possédait des borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique. Malheureusement à l’arrivé aucune des 2 bornes n’était disponible. J’ai dû aller charger à une borne à plus ou moins 30km.

若果以西班牙馬德里消費標準來看，這個價錢三人房其實勉強可以接受！但這裡需聲明所謂三人屋是在房內加一張床而己，那麼對酒店所增加的成本就是一條沖涼浴巾而己，但我們卻要付三人房的價格！其次是，我這次刻意訂B&B T4酒店是因為晚機到，打算落地休息一晚第二天早上坐機場shuttle去T1轉早機離開！但是，原來到了T4機場，是要自己打Uber去相隔8公里遠的酒店…這樣一來就不應該叫B&B T4酒店了！
