The service and location are great. The reception is very friendly and try their best to address our concerns/ queries. The room is basic but comfortable enough. Heating pads kept us warm during the night although the gas heater is on from 7 to 10pm only.

It's a perfect place to start when visiting San Pedro. The Hotel has an amazing location, close to the main street. The staff was always very nice and friendly and the rooms were good and comfortable. The staff always packed breakfast for us when we had a super early tour. I'd definitely recommend it.

This property is basic but very comfortable and close to everything in downtown San Pedro de Atacama. Joel at the front desk is exception and goes out of his way to assist any way he can. For the price and the area we would definitely recommend this as a home base while in Atacama.

While the room was small for three people, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing and we were very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I am in San Pedro.

Lickana is a pleasant place to stay. The highlight is the staff who are all so friendly. It’s a basic and good value place. Close to the main shops and restaurants, most importantly the empanada place! Our room had a small outside terrace which was made it feel more spacious. The breakfast is basic but it’s fair for the price of the room. Some of the local bars can be noisy too. Overall we were happy there and I would stay again.

The area is very expensive. The hotel is good value for money. It is close to the center.

Nuestra estadia en casa Lickana fue mejor de lo que esperábamos! Un servicio maravilloso, super atentos al cliente, siempre con amabilidad y gentileza. Todos muy lindos y eficaces. La comunicación perfecta, siempre atentos. Casa Lickana esta super bien ubicado. El lugar es precioso, la habitacion acogedora y con baño privado y una pequeña terraza. Hay refrigerador, agua filtrada y un hervidor con tecito y cafe. El desayuno solo lo pudimos aprovechar un dia, los otros dias que salimos en excursión antes de las 7 nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. Super amables ! Los alimentos muy ricos y hechos con cariño. Aprovechamos del jacuzzi y nos relajamos mucho. El hotel tambien guardo nuestro equipaje durante nuestra visita a Bolivia, lo cual nos arreglo bastante. Nos organizaron el transfer hacia Calama a la vuelta x un buen precio. recomendamos Casa Lickana a 1000%, y obvio volveremos aqui la proxima vez. Gracias Casa Lickana!! La experiencia ha sido increíble. Las habitaciones eran muy limpias y organizadas. El personal era muy amable e incluso nos regalaron un snack cuando tuvimos que ir de paseo antes de la hora del desayuno. Además, la ubicación de la propiedad es la mejor - en la principal calle de la ciudad. Volvería a hospedarme ahí con mucho gusto.
