De locatie en de service zijn geweldig. De kamers zijn wel aan de koude kant maar je bent vooral de omgeving aan verkennen . De service in hotel is echt top !!!

An excellent accommodation of apartment-type, centrally located to the main street and the fishing harbor with moai. Hosts were super helpful with booking tours and airport transfers. The only drawback was low lateral soundproofing, so don't plan anything noisy (smirk).

Debo destacar la limpieza del lugar, si bien es un hostal, cabe destacar que todo estaba impecable. Lo que sí debo señalar, es que los muebles y la habitación eran muy antiguas y no estaban bien cuidadas. La atención del personal muy buena, sobre todo de su dueña que en todo momento fue muy amable. Las habitaciones cuentan con lo básico así que es recomendable llevar el secador de pelo. No tiene hervidor pero sí puedes pedir agua caliente en recepción

Me encantó mi estancia en este hostal. Las habitacion estaban impecablemente limpia y cómoda. El personal fue muy amable y servicial durante toda mi visita. Definitivamente recomendaría este hostal a otros viajeros. Una oportunidad de mejora seria que colocaran un basurero mas grande para las habitaciones de 4 personas.

This was our second visit. We stayed in two rooms for 4 nights. There have been improvements. The rooms we had were older and the bathrooms in poor condition. Hot and cold water that was very difficult to adjust without scalding or freezing. The shower stalls had deep rust places. There are new rooms that looked very nice which are reserved for larger groups. They overlook a garden. I would suggest paying extra for those. The pool was a delight after hot days of hiking but all the lounge chairs were either broken plastic or metal with no cushions. The place is very convenient to town, a short walk and has indoor parking. Rooms were clean and they provide a small refrigerator if you want. Receptionists clueless to tourist information. And reception area very run down. Breakfast is adequate and if you go to Tatio they will provide a snack at 4 am you can pick up on the way out.

A welcoming atmosphere, everything clean, excellent reception and tourist guidance...very close to the center. The service is available 24/7; whenever I had a request, the staff was always very attentive, which is incredibly important when you don't know much about the area.
