Great place, very clean, organized and the staff are amazing, everybody super helpful and happy. The room is huge and super cozy! Breakfast was great, even though we were expecting options more traditional. We stayed for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience, the hotel made the trip better!

We stayed for a week and we loved our time here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, generous, and kind. We enjoyed talking to everyone at reception and getting their advice on where to go and what to see while in San Pedro. We got fantastic advice on bike rentals, mountain biking, and tour agencies, and we had the perfect experience. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and the food was always delicious, healthy, and generous. We especially enjoyed connecting with the dining room staff, Carmen, Hanai, Daniel, Paul and the others whose names we didn’t get (so sorry!). Kudos to Jaime, the chef, for a delicious dinner menu, and great lunch sandwiches! Rooms are clean and comfortable; housekeeping staff does an amazing job given how windy and dusty it is here in San Pedro (at least in July!). So quiet and peaceful—we absolutely loved it. It really is the best place for the perfect San Pedro vacation!

This is one of many hotels in San Pedro de Atacama and was one recommended by the tour agency that I initially contacted. It's slightly removed from the "downtown" area of the town, but it's less than a 10 minute walk to get to the center. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is varied and good, but the dinner menu is not as varied, however all of the options are well prepared and tasty. In the afternoon you can order sandwiches if you're in the hotel and are feeling hungry. I liked the avocado option. The meal prices are coherent with the restaurants in the city.

We stayed in the El Refugio part of the complex. Loved it. Set in open ground. Pool was a plus. Not heated so extremely refreshing. Great roof top terrace to view the Andes & star gaze. Comfortable room & good shower. The restaurant is excellent & well priced. Short 10 min walk into San Pedro tourist areas. The staff were great. Very friendly. I wished we had a few more nights.

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms don't have AC but a fan is provided. Staff are all friendly and welcoming and the food in the restaurant is good value for money. No coffee facilities in the room however drinks (tea, coffee and water) are available 24/7 in the lobby. Very laid back. Its only a 5/10 min stroll to the main hub of the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly and contribute to the relaxed vibe of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, they don’t have AC but a large fan kept the room cool enough. There is no kettle in the room but there is a 24 hour tea and coffee making station in reception. The pool area is a great place to cool down from the hot desert. The hotel is situated on the edge of town and is very quiet during the night but only a short walk into town for shops, bars etc. However the hotel restaurant is fantastic and had a very reasonably priced menu which included excellent vegetarian food. There is also a lovely shaded terrace to relax with a drink. The best meals I had in Chile were here. If you are in San Pedro stay here!

Lovely bungalow style hotel. Really comfortable beds and great shower. The staff were excellent encouraging my poor Spanish taking time to speak with me and help my learning. The swimming pool though small was superb at the end of a long hot day exploring the Atacama. Close enough to the town centre that it was an easy walk. Would definitely recommend and happily stay there again

Hotel prices are high in San Pedro de Atacama so we chose this simple hotel which suited our budget. The main thing that stood out about this hotel is how genuinely friendly and accommodating staff and management are. They offer a very good breakfast with a large choice of what looks like home made cakes and pastries. Free excellent coffee (and teas) are available day and night and I liked their filtered drinking water dispensers as it saved us buying bottled water and is eco friendly. What we didn’t love, and hence only four stars, is that there is a lot of noise from the courtyard which doubles as driveway as well as from the hallways within the building - you can hear everything and as many people have early starts our sleep was disturbed countless times. If I chose to stay here again I’d pay a little extra for a premium room as they are neatly tucked away far from the main entrance and street. Another negative point is that the rooms get very hot during the day and with the lack of air conditioning it’s nearly impossible to get the heat out of the rooms. All in all we still had a good time here especially because of the friendly and helpful staff.
