Pros Great location to cruise port Cruise port shuttle ($10/person) Dining room had a great burger and breakfast Large clean room Well stocked 24 hour Market place in lobby Cons Price- quotes were $500/night. I know this is an IHG hotel but the nightly rate seems excessive. I guess it’s all about supply and demand and you are really are paying for the location. We happened to “stumble” across an incredible price through a 3rd party service provider and ended up staying the night for more than 60% off the hotel quoted price. Please note that there is nothing inherently wrong with this hotel. It checked all our boxes in the end.

Staff was helpful when we had a problem with the door lock to our room. Switched our room and upgraded us at no additional fee.

Hotel location is about 30 minutes drive from the airport, it is more convenient to transfer for one night. Equipped with microwave oven, small refrigerator and other equipment; the hotel also has parking lot We arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning and had customer service reception; no breakfast I made a mistake in the check-in time. I was staying in the early morning of 20 and should be set to the 19th to the 20th; I was set to the 20th to the 21st; I was on the afternoon of the 20th, which was equivalent to staying for less than nine hours and spending two days. We hope that the hotel can refund us a little fee when we check out at noon on the 20th, even if the hourly room may be, but it was rejected. Unfortunately
