Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questa struttura imponente e abbastanza vetusta. La camera era molto ampia ma purtroppo con nette carenze di pulizia infatti era piena di polvere, soprattutto sotto i letti, e il posacenere nel terrazzo era pieno di mozziconi. Il pavimento era scricchiolante e dava l'idea di dover cadere di sotto da un momento all'altro. Non era presente il frigobar e nemmeno un bollitore e pertanto abbiamo dovuto chiedere, a fronte di € 20 di cauzione (quasi come se non avessero i nostri dati nel caso di problemi), uno scalda biberon. I pasti ci sono stati somministrati a buffet e con l'albergo pieno era un caos infernale. Colazione priva di prodotti freschi se non uova strapazzate e bacon presenti negli scaldavivande. Nota più dolente, a mio avviso, è che per due sere sono stati presentati dolci che i bambini non potevano mangiare (uno con caffè e l'altro con rhum) mettendoci in grossa difficoltà.

Grande disponibilità del servizio in camera e al ristorante. Intrattenimento per i ragazzi molto presente e discreto nel reclutare. Intrattenimento del cantante serale Michele eccellente, un vero artista della capacità vocale. Esaustivo e piacevole l’accompagnamento del Crew negli itinerari che abbiamo svolto con loro.

My family and I had a ski week at the TH in San Martino di Castrozza and we had great time. Upon arriving the reception staff were kind and helpful.. The hotel itself is dated, but it was clean and everything worked so we cannot complain. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay and it was perfectly suitable for our family with young children. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our children were very happy with the Kids Club activities offered in the hotel and we were happy to have the time to ourselves for these couple of hours each night. The hotel bar is well stocked and again all of the staff were very friendly. The room was large and clean, with a great view of the mountains. The hotel is close to the shuttle bus which brings you to the mountain, included in the cost of the hotel. We were very happy and would return again.

Apprezzato tutto..il top che il personale di sala si facesse in quattro per venirmi incontro e soddisfare le mie preferenze nonostante le mie intolleranze..da segnalare perché non così scontato e comune grazie davvero Apprezzato il fatto che il direttore girasse per la hall e la sala ristorante ad assincerarsi se tutto fosse come desideravamo e se avevamo bisogno di altro..unico anche lui!!grazie davveto

Ho trovato la struttura particolarmente piacevole, sicuramente datata, tuttavia lo scricchiolare del parquet sotto la moquette o i rubinetti senza miscelatore sono passati in secondo piano. Personale Squisito e molto disponibile, dal ricevimento, alla sala, il Miniclub e persino Bar e piscina, sempre sorridenti e attenti. Consiglio questa struttura a clienti attendi al servizio e che danno meno importanza alla struttura in se. Tengo a precisare che sono un agente di viaggio e quindi la mia recensione è frutto di una oggettiva analisi di quanto vissuto nel tempo passato in hotel.

Splendida vacanza in famiglia. Personale gentilissimo soprattutto il maitre di sala. Posizione dell'albergo eccellente, vicina ai negozi e alle piste da sci.
