Located only 3 miles to downtown Arroyo Grande Village, 8 miles to SLO airport and 10 miles to downtown SLO and Cal Poly. Convenient proximity to countless wineries, hiking, biking, beaches. Enjoy beautiful views, wide open skies and the sounds of owls and coyotes with friends by the fire pit before retiring for the night in your private spaces. 1 dog is OK in apartment. The Airstream site is located a few hundred feet behind the apartment. Perfect Stay in a Beautifully Appointed Apartment My husband and I were exploring the area for a couple of weeks as part of our "next chapter" hunting and tied in the Thanksgiving holiday meet up for family. Tricia and Jason could not have been more helpful and supportive of making sure our stay was comfortable.

Peaceful and really nice ! Really close to San Luis Obispo-17-20 minutes, out in the quiet countryside, very private and beautiful. Accommodations were new, clean and excellent. We would definitely return!

Tranquil Oasis This is a wonderful place! Both the “apartment” over the garage and cute little airstream are quite private. Both have outdoor spaces to relax and unwind and well appointed indoor spaces. We love all the wildlife noises and sightings. Their dogs are so sweet and their tangerines are so tasty. This is an awesome rental for two couples to each have their own spaces but then to be able to choose which outdoor spaces to hang out in. This place is also close to beaches, wine country, shops and restaurants. We loved it!
