Hey everyone! Kimberly here. Let me tell you about this amazing hotel – seriously, it's blown me away! We've stayed here a few times now, and each visit gets even better. The staff is incredible – they're so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like part of the family, not just another guest. They really go the extra mile! I've stayed in tons of hotels, and this level of service is unheard of. And get this – they have happy hour! Two beers on tap, three wines, plus other drinks in their store. It's the perfect way to unwind. I love hanging out in the lobby, reading a book and chatting with people – it has such a nice atmosphere. Even the little things are amazing! The pool towels are HUGE and fluffy – not those tiny things that barely cover your body! And the hot water? Instant! No more waiting forever for a warm shower. Jesse checked us in, and Melanie helped me book another stay next week – that's how much we love it! If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further. You absolutely HAVE to stay here!

Rooms are not clean. Found a brown stain on the bed, luckily before getting on the bed. Shower was not clean, I doubt they have a process to confirm cleaning crew has done their job correctly. I thought this would be my new hotel to stay at when traveling in this area since it is the newest one but I will never stay or recommend this place. I share this hoping they care and get better procedures in place to avoid giving dirty rooms out.

We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites, and it was an excellent experience! Since the hotel just opened in December, everything was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The grounds were lovely, with a nice patio and pool area, making it a great place to relax. The location was also very convenient, adding to the overall value of our stay. The hotel also has a top-notch exercise room, which we used and really appreciated. Additionally, there are brand-new washer and dryers available for guests—a great perk for those staying longer. Speaking of value, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time for the price—a fantastic combination of comfort and affordability. A special shoutout to Nicole Torres at the front desk! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great customer service like hers makes all the difference! If we had one small suggestion, it would be to add a little more variety to breakfast—only apples and oranges were available, and we would have loved to see bananas as well. But overall, that was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful new space with generous, free breakfast and restaurants steps away. All staff was friendly and helpful. Jesse greeted me as I checked in and made me feel welcome. He even helped me with some logistics related to my move and saved me a lot of time. Great value too!
