I got in late the first night and did not notice how dirty abs stained the carpet is. This hotel room really needs to be fixed up. The drawers are dirty too. Somebody spilt liquid and it ran down the front. Never got cleaned.
The metal bar that opens closed the door to hall way is hanging down abs prevents the door from opening I had to push it up with my hand to get the door open.
I would move but I’m exhausted after work.

The room was nice but unprepared for anyone to be in the room. There were no sheets or blankets for the other bed not were there any other towels than 2 face towels for a 3 night stay and 2 guests. The woman at the front desk was less than helpful upon our arrival and had an attitude the entire time we were talking to us and just threw us in a room stating that she ”doesn't know what they {management} are going to do tomorrow since there are no more rooms now. Oh well”. Thankfully, though, we were able to get towels from the front desk the next day of our stay and he was much kinder and was willing to help us. Other than the first person we encountered on our stay and lack of other amenities, the rest of our stay was a good one.

Breakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.

The air conditioner cannot heat, and the front desk reported that it can be handled the next day. The next day, I left, forget it. The hotel has no breakfast, the parking lot is good, free parking. It is quite convenient to go to Silicon Valley attractions.

This is a great Hotel, the location is great. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There's a nice shaded park next to hotel, with kids play park, BBQ picnic area and a small walking or jogging path.
The hotel is undergoing renovation some areas are closed off but still enjoyable. The rooms have been upgraded and updated! This is a very quiet hotel never had issues with noise even when construction is taking place. Keep in mind it is a Historic Landmark, meaning you will see some areas that are what some would say old or outdated ... Hence HISTORICAL PROPERTY PEOPLE!! So get over the old look feeling you're thinking and go jump in the pool !!!

Booked here on the recommendation of a friend. It's very clean and cost-effective. It's not far from the city. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive. It only takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the Stanford campus. The hotel has a simple breakfast and there is no resort fee.

The sanitation is good, the facilities are good, the 4th floor where I stayed today is much better than the 3rd floor where I stayed last week, the shower faucet has a very strong water flow. The breakfast is good.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

LLukipooki99Lovely room with a HUGE bed, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The pillows were very comfy too, along with a great mattress, outlet ports beside the beds worked too. The staff were lovely aswell.
If I’m ever back in San Jose, I’ll be looking to book here again, highly recommend!!

保保A great hotel check-up, super classic and elegant, with the feeling of a royal residence, the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet, and you can see squirrels and hummingbirds at any time. Although the hotel itself is not big, the surrounding environment is also a peaceful rural feeling like a fairy tale cottage. The hotel is on the side of the highway, but it’s not noisy at all, and there is no sound at all. I went to the airport after staying for one night. I went to San Francisco International Airport for half an hour. . Comparing the smallness of British and Japanese hotels, I strongly recommend this large and beautiful hotel.

GGuest UserA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that
So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷

CCrystalIt was ok not too bad the only thing that suck’s is that they have a room with a KITCHEN but there are NO GLASSES, NO PLATE’s, NO CUP’s, NO UTENSIL’s, NO POT’s, NO OVEN RACK’s and NO nothing to use to cook. The only thing they have is ICE TRAY’s, they also have COFFEE POT but NO COFFEE.
