Lovely room with a HUGE bed, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The pillows were very comfy too, along with a great mattress, outlet ports beside the beds worked too. The staff were lovely aswell. If I’m ever back in San Jose, I’ll be looking to book here again, highly recommend!!

Booked this hotel because they indicated there is shuttle to San Jose Airport. Disappointingly, the shuttle runs every 30 min beginning at 5am. My flight is 6am so have to call Uber in the end. Hotel should indicate in their website when the shuttle starts running and ends running. I would have stayed at Comfort Inn at San Jose Airport if I have known. 😔😔😔

Has been renamed as courtyard Very new but the service is not up to date Hygiene is also worrying. Food is still confiscated in the refrigerator.

The hotel is currently being renovated, there is no lobby to wait for a taxi, and the restaurant is not open either. I paid for breakfast and there was only a snack, so it was not necessary to pay for breakfast because the restaurant is not open. And they do not refund your money.

Facilities: Close to the airport, convenient to downtown Hygiene: The room is very clean and the surrounding environment is very clean Service: The front desk has a good attitude, high efficiency, and the housekeeper is also very friendly. The only drawback is that there are no disposable slippers provided, and there are none at the front desk.

The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, very quiet, the breakfast is also good, and the stay is very comfortable! Changing to this hotel temporarily seems to be a very correct decision and it is worth recommending!

It's close to the highway and has convenient transportation. The service at the counter is good, but the service at breakfast is not so good. Just like American hotels, the facilities are a little longer, but overall they are pretty good. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is very strong, which is more comfortable.

The hotel was being renovated. I started drilling the wall with electric drills in the morning and couldn't rest. Having a bad attitude after reacting to the front desk

We came here to visit relatives and chose this hotel after careful comparison. The hotel is clean and tidy with good service. It can be rated as a four-star hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant. The reception staff is very enthusiastic and proactively introduces various services.
