So I came back from this hotel yesterday with my toddler and while the beaches were beautiful and the hotel seemed clean and had almost everything you needed, I wouldn't be coming back to the country at all let alone the hotel! So firstly let me just start with the resturant as I arrived without enough time to go to a decent supermarket, I had to use their resturant for dinner with my toddler which was over 22€ for 1 adult! There was standards like spaghetti bolognaise, cheese, ham and breads etc. There was also beef stew, some kind of fish is tomato sauce, sliced potatoes in creamy sauce, flavoured rice, croquettes with bacon pieces in there and also some fish and pork being grilled in front of you. I was so hungry I decided to get a bit of everything hoping my toddler will at least eat something and he turned his nose up to everything which was strange as he was hungry and loves fish (the first thing ingave him).. when I tried it every item was really salty! In the end I saw they was grilling perch in front of us so I was given one of them and it was the only thing my toddler would touch (wasn't salty), I also took some of the pork however didn't touch it in the end as I noticed it was bleeding on my plate and it's pork! I ended up with horrible diarrhea and nausea the next day so that was the last! The Supermarket attached to the hotel, while it was OK, and prices I found to be slightly cheaper than the cifi near son bou beach, it was quite limited.. there was hardly any meats minus remade burgers, chicken on skewers and deli meat. You can find carbs, drinks, condiments, some bakery items, personal items, cleaning items and sweets and crisps however if you want to get 3 meals a day for 7 days, this place is not it and I found it really difficult to feed myself and my toddler with just this place so ended up going to the hiper center in alaior (who's meat wasn't the freshest and again salty!). I didn't use the pool as it was still to cold for my toddler to even try but we used the beach shuttle a few times so my son could experience his first beach and the driver was lovely, there is a big break from 1:30 to 4pm where there is no shuttle so you have to walk if you need to go in that time! My son used their soft play they have and the room was quite run down, some broken items just in the room, I had to switch the lights on myself, the balls were dusty and coated your hands after touching them and my almost 2 year old was really limited in how he could play with the stuff in there so he didn't visit often! Now down to the cleanliness which is the breaking point for me and really grossed me out for the rest of my stay! The place was clean to the eye, hardly anything out of place and so I thought all was fine, I'm so glad I cleaned things myself before using them because on day 2 the cleaner came when we was there, she didn't do much besides take out the bins.. we were so tired we just went to sleep so wasn't much to clean however on day 2 t

Lovely hotel very clean indeed . Spacious apartments. Bed was extremely comfortable . I went first week in season so rather quiet but there was entertainment for 2 nights. I hardly ever eat in a hotel but did have dinner there for 4 nights and food was good . Lots of choice and very tasty . The shuttle bus down to beach area and restaurants was great although I did walk up and down a few times . Had some lovely walks along the boardwalk by the beach . I didn't use swimming pools but areas were well maintained and very clean. Gardens were nice. As a solo traveller I find holidays very expensive but on this holiday I feel I had good value for money . The shop was well stocked with everything you could want . All in all enjoyed my stay .

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in for it's price point (and I've stayed at many!). The many positives include- Exceptionally clean, modern rooms. 3 good sized pools including a kids depth. Breakfast and dinner very good with variety. Staff were excellent and pleasant. Has a small but well equipped gym. We had a poolside room, or what I would call a suite in many other hotels- great layout with a kitchen and utensils provided, modern shower and sofa bed for extra room. Great outdoor space with many plants and well maintained lawn. The only negatives which could do with improving is the children's park- needs a revamp as it's on its last legs. Also drinks were hard to come by once the poolside snack bar closed.

From the first greeting, arriving late, to the last farewell, we found all staff welcoming and friendly. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was unobtrusive and very good. We had booked in for breakfast only and found an excellent selection of well presented food each day. Soon gravitating to a more Mediterranean diet and still with variety each day. Staff more than friendly and professional. Poolside there were enough sun beds and while it wasn't yet high season we could always find a place to enjoy warm sunshine and quite spectacular views. The regular minibus to the platja was most useful. In essence we were well satisfied after a lovely break.
