We stayed a weekend inside the ancient walls of medieval Manhattan at Duccio Nacci-Rooms... the three rooms have been renovated a month ago... you can see the attention to detail from the floors to the lights in the open walk-in closets, the bathroom has a walk-in shower with free entry.. the bed is very comfortable, the open bedside table with its wall lamp and lots of electrical sockets make it very functional.. elegance is the key word, in fact the furniture is embellished with the owner's photographic works and a small niche library.. highly recommended..

The owner is charming, the house is very nice and very clean. It is in the center of San Gimignano, a magnificent place to spend a full day. In the heart of Tuscany, a very pleasant experience.

Simple but clean and spacious room. The property, in the center of San Giminiano and right next to the city gates, does not offer breakfast but there are snacks and a kettle in the room. The lady who welcomed us was very helpful and kind. Pleasant one night stay.

Very kind, excellent location and price. Too bad about the bathroom, well-kept in some aspects but with accessories (sink tap, shower rod and tray, toilet seat) that are almost unusable and could be replaced with little money because they are old and not very functional.

Hotrovato questa camera per l'ottima posizione. Pulita e comoda, bagno privato attrezzato e pulitissimo. La struttura si presenta molto bene sin dalla porta di ingresso. Proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili. La consiglio vivamente anche perché non dista molto a piedi dai parcheggi.
