The room was clean, staff is friendly, the free parking was great and a 5 minute walk to the Muni bus stop which we took to go to Pier 33 and Chinatown. The breakfast is just toast, cereal, juice and coffee. The rooms are a bit dark, walls are thin, and no working elevators. Still a good place to stay for value and location.

I love the location of this motel. It’s quiet, feels safe. Very walkable area. Shital, the woman who checked me in was great. They have free breakfast for a couple hours in the morning. I’ve stayed many times. Some of the rooms could use some paint touch ups here and there but it’s clean.

I felt safe staying there while my husband was at the VA. My car was safe. That was the most important thing. I will definitely be staying back there if I ever have to go back to San Francisco.

Recently stayed, second time here and it was again a good stay. Will always book this place on our next and future trips!

Super dated. Put us in 3rd floor and elevator out of order. Sign said temporary but someone wrote permanently on the sign and it didn’t look new. Room had a smell. Felt dirty. Mattresses noisy and old. Skipped the breakfast.

Reasonable Nice room, unbelievably bad wifi, impossible to work in the room with a laptop, breakfast was completely ridiculous, coffee in the breakfast room tasted of petroleum, we would have told the reception, but even though we waited we didn't find anyone to tell it to. Parking was unsafe, which obviously applies to the whole of San Fransisco, when the main point is to have it informed at check-in, perhaps fences or other security should be considered.

We were comfortable. The bathroom is dated and shows a little mold on the caulk and could use some fresh grout on the floor. We like staying here because the neighborhood is walkable and has many restaurant options. The place is mostly quiet except for some noisy guests and parking is easy even though the spaces are narrow. The staff was quick to come try to help when the tv wasn't working.

It is a basic, simple place that was convenient, clean and suited my purpose.

The motel itself was average, nothing to write home about. It met our needs: shower, bed, and parking. The surrounding area was great, quiet, and everything within walking distance. We would definitely be coming back.
