The best part of this hotel is its location. It's optimized for traveling to San Francisco. Powell Station and Union Square are a two-minute walk away. It's the main street, so the police are well-organized, so I couldn't see the Homeless around the hotel for five days. The room and breakfast were normal.

Daily room cleaning service is very clean and neat. The room was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel provides free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am, which was very helpful for us. The room is a lot darker than what was advertised in the picture but it was not bad. The air conditioning worked well but the water pressure was quite low, even after we asked the hotel to fix it. The location is very nice, but you can still see homeless people around the block at night, which can be quite scary.

The hotel is in a great location, right near the internet-famous Ding Ding Bus. There is a large supermarket near the entrance and many restaurants around. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the front desk is very polite, the breakfast is simple and clean, and it is very convenient to take the Ding Ding Bus to the filming location of Inception to check in.
