Great hotel and staff. Prime location. 15minutes walk to pier39

Great base for our short stay in SF. Nice sized room, clean, amenities good but a bit limited…service generally very friendly and helpful, which makes the occasional lapse more noticeable. It is a Vacation Club not a regular hotel. We took up their offer of $300 to attend a 2 hour sales pitch. Learned a lot and got enough pay to fund gifts and dinner…

The hotel is very clean and well located. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. They provide free coffee in the lobby.

Nice, clean, bright and big rooms. I was surprised to find street parking. Many attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel is on a excellent location, super clean and friendly staff. However, there is poor sound insulation. You can hear the people on the floor above, and the showers/toilet flushes of rooms next to you.

I booked the room with 2 queen beds- very spacious! Heater is easy to use. Shower is powerful! laundry service facility is amazing! Timothy (front desk) is a fantastic service guy! He’s friendly n willing to help! Full marks for him!

Hotel was relatively new compared to other ones in the city. Location was nice for tourists - easily walkable distance to Fishermans wharf and Ghirardelli square, various restaurants as well as trader joes. Nice and tidy room - wish they could have offered complimentary slippers as well.

Well located in downtown San Francisco, with Fisherman’s Wharf within walking distance. The amenities are slightly dated; features like centralized lighting control would be a welcome upgrade, as having to operate each light individually can be inconvenient. While there is no restaurant within the hotel, the abundance of nearby dining options helps make up for it. That said, having an on-site restaurant would be more convenient for travelers who prefer not to head out for meals at night.

Good location but the hotel is a little bit old. The room was spacious and the staffs were friendly.

Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Location is also convenient as it is close to some of the must-visit tourist spots when you're in San Francisco.

The location is very good. It near the taylor cable car station so you can take the cable car to china town and union square.  Its walking distance to north beach and pier 39 but its on a quiet area. Its also close to walgreens and traders joes if you need to purchase something.  The hotel rooms are spacious and it has good gym. But it would be much better if the hotel had a restaurant.

best location. away from tenderloin. bus to golden gate is nearby. walk to fishermans wharf, trader joes, lombard, cable car. room is ok and clean

Everyone’s really friendly here. Room is big and clean. They also organize lots of activities where you can join for free. Location is superb too. Note that they only have valet parking but there are many lots outside along the street too.
