The location is very good near union square, but it is not a clean neighborhood. Also, it was inconvenient that there was no daily cleaning service or breakfast.

Location is great but there is no air conditioner

Fantastic location right in the centre of Union Square. 2 minute walk to BART Station. Lots of shopping and food within a 1-2 minute walk. The Hotel looks newly refurbished. It is basic but very clean and comfy. No view. Room has a safe in it which was good. No cafe on site but there is tea, coffee and water available throughout the day at the lobby. No coffee maker in the room.

非常不錯的酒店，床上用品乾淨，枕頭也很舒服，除了小沒啥缺點，就是能有個小冰箱就更好。房間服務有點不習慣，住兩三天還好，長了不清理垃圾有點彆扭，廁所垃圾自己帶下樓也不好隨便扔垃圾桶，50美金清理一次太過了

It was a great stay for my one night but they did not have a decaf coffee option in the lobby for guests which was a bummer.

This was one of tue worst rooms I have stayed in. First of all, no aircon and some hot water pipe running in the walls which makes the room so much hotter. They had to bring us a fan. There was also no cleaning of the room the whole 6 day stay. Furthermore, the bathroom window (broken) could not be opened so I could only open the small window for some air. No storage space whatsoever and not even a closet to hang your clothes. Place was clean, but after 6 days not clean anymore. REALLY dissapointed. If you see the name Stratford, scroll passed it!!!

Perfect for a short stay. Front desk friendly, super clean, small room, small bathroom but clean! Minimal furniture. No nightstand or lamp. No chair to relax in. Small TV hankered high on the wall. Coffee was available in the lobby around 830am Perfect if you are only planning on spending the night and out the door. Good value

The staff was very helpful on how to get the airport. The location just off Union Square, great shopping area. The rooms are fresh and contemporary. I stayed two nights, I did not have a problem the cleaning lady did not come by because of the value I'm getting for the hotel. I will stay at Hotel Stratford again.

The staff was super friendly and so were all of the guests I came across. The elevator is different, and a bit slow... but the location is rather nice with good options in all directions and I liked being right off the cable car line. There is room for easy improvements but I'd stay here again and would recommend it if you are looking to stay around Union Square.
