호텔이 매우 고급스럽습니다. 특히 조식을 먹는 공간이 매우 아름답습니다. 객실도 깨끗합니다. 직원들도 친철합니다. 호텔에 기라델리가게도 있어 편하고 바도 있습니다. 수영장은 작지만 이용하기 편리했습니다. 다음에도 이곳을 이용할 것 같습니다 :)

The property was well cared for the uniqueness of the architecture gave you a feeling of stepping back into time. From the Bell hops dressing in period clothing to the silverware on the table. The Grand Dining Hall is amazing the staff was very friendly. Our trip was one for the memory books.

The hitel was beautiful. I loved tge Christmas decorations. It was truly a winner wonderland! Outstanding staff! Top notch! I highly recommend this hitel!!!

Parking was full and we were asked to find parking elsewhere. After searching for parking for 20mins, we were able to convince the hotel staff to accommodate us, as we had 2 kids to take care. Didnt expect this from auch a high rated hotel. The facilities are nice, but seemed overcrowded this time around.

The atmosphere is very friendly and chill. The Garden Court has a dining area and a separate lounge area to enjoy the view of corinthian columns and sparkly chandeliers. Christmas time is the best with the beuatiful Christmas tree with live music from either the piano, choir and harp. Must stay hotel even if someone lives in the Bay Area.

位置很好，出門門口就是BART和公交站，穹頂餐廳很漂亮，適合拍照，衞生較好，但是wifi收費（衞唯一不好的地方）

Our stay was amazing! There were no homeless and the area around The palace was clean. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was magical.

The property itself is great...but they did remove the dry heat "spa" room which is one of my reasons for choosing this hotel. I have stayed here yearly during Thanksgiving (except during Covid lockdowns) and it's such a relief to have the dry heat spa after a full day of walking aound the city. But aside from this, I still love this hotel compared to others that I have stayed in.
