After a long week of packing and moving, I checked into the extended stay America only to be charged $284 more than I was quoted and had agreed upon. Their system couldn't progress without that payment. This is how the end of my agonizing day proceeded: In the room, there were no accommodations whatsoever except 2 sets of small thin towels and three small bars of soap. No shampoo, etc. If I needed a blanket, coffee maker, dishes, pots, utensils, I had to request each item from the reception desk and make several trips. The counters were worn and old with chips and a dish towel, no sponge or rag, the toilet caulking could have used a professional with vision and a steady hand. Maybe put down the bottle? The "free breakfast" was without coffee, and packages of oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. THAT'S IT!! Never again and I will let my family and friends know.

The staff is wonderful especially the management really helps your solve any issues ,problems or concerns you have they accommodate you in any way they can. Marivel is such a saint so thankful for her. They also have treats in the front to give to your dogs and candy for the kids or adults LOL

A 3 day trip @ this location was pleasant. The staff is very nice. The location is great. Staff was great helping when, I asked for their help! Leaving bad reviews, for something that could be corrected if asked is unfair. Regardless of the situation or issue, give management a opportunity to fix and accommodate the mishap. Goodness. To Management you have a great extended stay hotel, with a great staff! It's impossible to please guest, if you find out about something they didn't like from their review. Keep up the great work

The month of June ended not how I expected... it was Better .. lol.. love Management and all Staff.July is going to be a blast, one night, short or long term stays, best ESA, location is prefect Raging Waters is seriously less then 2 miles away, not to mention Bonelli Park and Camp Gounds. night Security Guard and Sheriff's Station 0.9 miles away

Bathroom was dirty and there was mold in the ceiling. Carpeting was dirty and horrible. There were no cups for coffee in the morning, nor were there any muffins or pastries. My daughter and I were very disappointed. When I hear Extended Stay, I think of a clean room and that is not what we experienced.

Amazing experience, super safe space for us to be at during our time that we weren't able to stay at home for more than 1 month. Marivel & her team, (Kayla, Juan, Melissa) were very attentive, informative and helpful. They provided us basic kitchen utensils, cups, plates, 2 pots and a cutting board. The laundry was open 24hrs a day and it had a snack machine. Togo breakfast was basic but did the trick (package oatmeal, hot water tea and coffee). It's not fancy but it was a good place to stay. The price was reasonable and the little kitchen was helpful to have. The property had beautiful Jacaranda trees too.
