Stayed here for the close proximity of the airport for early flight. I liked the breakfast and the shuttle to airport.

Shuttle to and from airport was great. Friendly staff and very helpful. Perfect for the one night layover we had going home.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, not bad, not great. Nice back patio area with a fire table. It's perfect if you're just using the hotel for sleeping and spending your day and evenings out.

Excellent hotel and staff. Honestly it was a perfect hotel in a wonderful location. My only complaint is that of the two rooms we stayed in, the shower pressure was too powerful and the shower curtain couldn’t contain the amount of spray produced. We love showers with great pressure too, most don’t have enough, but these just had way too much. We felt like we were getting sprayed by a fire hose. Fix this serious problem, luckily we were middle aged and could handle it. Get shower heads where you can adjust the pressure, spray pattern, or somehow reduce the water volume.

This was an overnight stay between flights. Shuttle to the hotel was convenient and timely! Room was very comfortable. We ordered dinner from Little Italy and were very pleased with the delivery and food. Morning breakfast was also very nice and the shuttle back to the airport was on time and driver was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast bar was a huge hit with the kids! Lots of options so everyone was happy.

The area around the property is safe and very appealing for getting out doors. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean. As a female traveling solo for business and pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel. Great experience!

Very pleasant at the front desk and when we discovered our phone did not work an engineer was there within 15 minutes!!

Great location, very clean and comfortable, free airport shuttle. Nice walking along the harbor.

Property was clean and the room was clean. TV remote didn’t work but they fixed it very quickly. Overall a great experience

Stay was fabulous. Only unfortunate part is check out. Due to SDG&E outage I had to haul my 2 bags (50 lbs each) down the stairs at 4 am (from the 4th floor). It also meant my phone was not charged for my flight. Definitely not something the hotel had control over, so not upset...just very unfortunate timing that made checkout a hassle.

Our room hadn’t been vacuumed and the shower had a few parts that kept falling off. We also had one nigh where the power was out from 10 pm to 6 pm, so my husband couldn’t use his CPAP machine. Our room was supposed to be serviced by housekeeping every other day, but after three days it still hasn’t been cleaned, and we had been to the beach so we needed new towels. We ultimately had to request housekeeping services and get our own towels and extra toilet paper.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed the electricity would be out from 10 pm to 6 am due to construction at the airport nearby. We were given flashlights and our parking fee was comped. The staff were very kind and I felt badly they had to tell us about it. We had an early flight and had to depart by 5:30 am and unable to shower. The hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. Appreciated the close proximity to the airport and car rental return. It was an unfortunate circumstance that couldn't be helped.
