I cancelled my reservation and it was done by 1pm and they kept me booked in and took my money 🤑.

Front lady was rude at check in

房間舊。面積還可以，遠離市區在墨西哥邊境旁，周邊沒有商業區早餐很差。衹有開水和格子餅。服務員太度差。

The location is in a sketchy spot with “ interesting people” hanging around the parking lot. It’s but we’ll kept outside, pool area is dirty snd unkept. The jacuzzi doesn’t work, which is a main reason we chose this hotel. Staff is nice, but it’s just a gross hotel.

Great location, as far as proximity to the border. Not the greatest neighborhood...but you are where you are.

Room had a horse fly in it, TV did not fully work, had to change rooms , and the furniture is dated

No television in any of the rooms no pillowcases on the pillows in our room. Breakfast was horrible. Slow on refill for coffee and breakfast items and that was at 7 AM just after they opened. none of the vending machines worked or the ice machines.

Location is just over border, so just like a major port, filled with huge semi trucks for miles. Not the motel’s fault. The building has lots of deferred maintenance: duct tape repairs on carpeting, bolts & hardware over bed but no picture, plastic wrap wedged into sink fixture possibly to control stopper, old mattress, stained & frayed upholstery. The whole place smells like deep cleaning is never on the agenda. It is one of those motels where you have to rouse the front desk folks; they don’t wait is place, even during morning hours.

Room has a small sitting area. No restrictions on WiFi. Complimentary breakfast is poor -- only a waffle, juice and breakfast cereal.

Everything was acceptable even though the property is older it is still maintained and kept clean. My only criticism is that the pillows are half size & the reception area said there were no more available. The breakfast was also lackluster as the only choices were cereal and mini waffles. An option with protein such as eggs or even pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches would have been appreciated.

Location is at the Mexican border. Large trucks parked all around. Hot tub was not working initially and was not clean. Room phone was nasty. Broken lamp and lamp shade.
