Ulasan La Jolla Cove Suites

這個酒店分成新樓和舊樓，所以在預訂時需要確認。通常來説，新樓比較貴，獨立地稱為"The Pines"。我預訂的是舊樓，但是是一間全海景房。入住時間是下午4點，而我到達的時間是早上10點半。他們新樓的一樓有一間空房，考慮到我的行李比較重，我選擇了新樓的一樓。可以稍微看到一點海景😁，房間是新裝修的，乾淨而寬敞。由於下雨，晚上海浪聲音有點大。酒店位置絕佳，酒店一層有個咖啡廳。（花傘衹有頂沖，對於長髮女生不想洗頭就不友好）。

酒店地點就在海邊，房間很大，床單毛巾很乾凈，海景很漂亮！是個性價比不錯的酒店！

非常破的酒店，隔音非常差。酒店位置在海灘對面，但是海水很臭。酒店整體和汽車旅館一樣。同等價位可以住dt的星級酒店，不推薦入住。

地理位置很好，但房間比較老，設施比較舊

這次酒店的體驗比較差，這個價格外加25刀停車費，且不含早餐，除了位置非常好以外，不太值這個價 1.前台check in 的接待人員態度詭異，當我詢問是否可以提供高一點樓層的房間時，他回覆：你們這麼nice的人絕對值得換到好房間，有些人就配住那種房間…態度非常奇怪… 2.隔壁房間一直放音樂，到半夜2點音樂依然不停，前台花了半個小時，我們打了兩次電話才解決狀況 3.電梯跟不上，下個5層樓，電梯等了19分鐘，期間並沒有很多客人要用電梯 4.總體上酒店沒有讓人感受到安全安心，總有一點提心吊膽的感覺

Extremely dirty, rude front desk, did not deliver on what they promised, tourist trap style hotel. Great location.

This was a great location to spend a night in La Jolla. My room was older but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The renovated portion (The Pines) of the hotel is very nice, and this is where we ended up staying… be cautious when booking and pay attention to the details of the room. The original room we booked was not on the renovated side of the hotel, and the photos were VERY misleading, and there was no mention of partial renovations. We arrived for check in, and our original room was BEYOND disappointing. I wouldn’t have slept a wink all week, and we arrived with two young children who were tired and starving after a day of traveling across the country. The room was dated, dingy, filthy, all surfaces damaged and scratched, I wiped surfaces with a Clorox wipe and it was black afterwards, etc. I didn’t even let my kids take their shoes off. After a discussion with the front desk and the reservation line, we were able to switch to the renovated side of the hotel, but for an upgrade fee of course. The new rooms are very nice, and you can’t beat the location, but the booking/check in experience was just a very disappointing way to start off our first time in La Jolla. It was later disclosed to me that there is intent to gut and remodel the remaining portion of the hotel in the fall.

Did not get what I booked. Room was totally run down. Patio door was off the track and cold air could get in. Looked like it had not been updated since 1980.

Great location but rooms need a bit of updating. Room heater did not work and had to get a portable heater which did not work well enough for the space. We were ocean front and the view from the balcony was spectacular. That made up for heating problem.

All the staff we spoke to were kind and friendly. Michael at the front desk was very helpful during the check in rush.

I stayed in the renovated portion of the hotel with an ocean view. The view was absolutely incredible and I could see and hear the sea lions in La Jolla Cove from the balcony in the room. The room had upgraded amenities with push button lights. It was much more affordable than other ocean view rooms in La Jolla. The room wouldn’t have matched the price in other cities but for the view it was very worth it. Also I came early to drop luggage off (11am) and my room was ready so I checked in early free of charge.

This property was misrepresented on the ******* app. The size of the room and the 3/4 bath was not revealed in the listing. Way too small for two people and inconvenient. No small fridge or coffee maker was a big disappointment too. In conclusion we were fooled by the false representation of the property in this listing.

Great location. Parking was expensive but easy and street parking would have been impossible. Pool was freezing cold, definitely not heated, hot tub was excellent. Mornings were loud with garbage trucks and service vehicles. View and roof top area were spectacular. Sea lions barked all night, which we liked but might not be for everyone.
