A beautiful looking hotel in San Cristobal, perfect for events or wedding venue. We visited the restaurant, which was excellent. A delightful French inspired dinner menu. I would definitely visit again, perhaps next time for breakfast.

Estilo arquitectónico neoclásico , el restaurante es una fusión de comida francesa con mexicana, por lo tanto hace una propuesta diferente a comparación de los otros restaurantes . Se recomienda a cualquier hora del día ( desayuno, comida o cena )

Hotel nuevo y muy bonito. Con muchos detalles que mejorar. Lo que se debe mejorar urgente: Les hace falta personal y eso complica, limpieza de las habitaciones tarde (llegamos 6 pm de un día de turismo y no habían hecho ninguna de las habitaciones). A veces no hay gente en recepción que te atienda y eso - en nuestro caso- se prestó a malos entendidos. Nos querían cobrar 700 por un paraguas que nos prestaron porque como nadie nos lo recibió de regreso (por falta de personal) dudaban que lo hubiéramos regresado. Muchos detalles de mantenimiento en las habitaciones. En un hotel de esta categoría y precio, las amenidades deben mejorar (champú y jabones malísimos) y pedimos un cepillo de dientes que se nos olvidó y nos lo cobraron. No ponen gorra de baño y kit costurero etc. Tampoco pantuflas. Por este precio esperamos mejores amenidades y si no las ponen al menos que no las cobren si algo se olvida. Lo positivo: El restaurant DELICIOSO. Desayunamos y cenamos ahí, de verdad vale la pena. Tienen un gran chef. Roberto en el bar nos atendió super bien. Es un bellísimo hotel. Deben trabajar en mejorar la experiencia de los clientes, no fue una buena experiencia para nosotros.

Precioso Hotel y recepción excelente, modernidad acogedora! Todo en verdad, vale la pena visitarlo y hospedarse en el. Vine en vista familiar y acompañando a unos amigos a labores altruistas, ganas de volver y seguir volviendo, felicidades a los administradores y dueños.
