Our home is also just a 5 minute drive to downtown San Clemente, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy the quaint Del Mar Avenue or you could head to the famous San Clemente Pier and Fisherman's restaurant (also a 5 minute ride away). The Ole Hanson Beach Club and public pool is a 5 minute walk. There are several parks within walking distance. The outlet mall is less than a 5 minute drive away. It sits on a 4,300 sq ft lot.It is located along the front of the property when standing at the street. The firepit and seating areas are located in the front of the home.
