Right off the river walk. Expect to hear noise at night from surrounding venues. Beautiful hotel.

Nice staffs and lovely room. No hot water at that night. I was not been informed before I booked. All good in all, not the facility is sort of old.

Friendly and kind staffs. Great location. We didn't use valet parking tho. We'd love to come back this place.

Overall a nice property. Great river walk location and lots of on-site food & beverage options. Valet is $50/ night (probably standard rate). I was able to receive a upgraded corner room on a high floor, because of my Hilton member status. Accommodations were okay. Power outlets didn’t work. Fridge wasn’t working properly either. Shower floor had a weird shower matt inside, wasn’t pleasant.

Very noisy location and some elevators don’t work.

Great location, but we should have been notified there was construction across the street, which made it difficult to get to restaurants. Also, valet parking is too expensive , especially since there is no parking available

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. The only bad part was the loud live music playing every night until midnight. If you want noise and a party this is the place, If you want to sleep and have quiet time in the evening and at night this is not the place.

Sure Hilton hotels gives the impressions of fancy and luxurious but what they don't tell you is this hotel charges for everything except breathing. Mandated Valet parking with a must call ahead half hour before you need your car, and high wifi per day which is a standard free service at other hotels and don't dare open bottled water in the room. Now dont think you can use food delivery services as they are stopped at the entry point. We pay for 3 adults, yet have one cup for coffee, 2 shower towels, half a roll of TP and one bar of travel soap. So pack your toiletries bring extra cash, check your data on your hot spots because the only luxious experience is the walk through the lobby! Cusomer satisfaction isn't the priority, save the dollar and charge the additional that should be their motto.

Very pleased with the location of the hotel. Close to everything , no need to rent a car. I wish the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby, otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff were super polite and pleasant.
