We are dog lovers as you may see from our pictures. However, we cannot accept pets in the rental. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas and we can provide ashtrays upon request. Smoking inside the apartment will result in the loss of your $250 deposit.
