Residencias Samara

The stay was perfect, so comfortable, the beds were great, plenty of room to spread out, and with the balcony for morning coffee, it felt like we could linger all day. But the location was perfect to stroll to the beach or grab a bite at some of the freshest seafood. Relax by the pool and settle in, the visit made more special by hour hosts, can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was perfect all around! Location, professional and friendly staff made the weekend wonderful. The owners are delightful. They gave us tips on things to do and places to eat, all within walking distance. We will certainly return!!

We had a great stay here, the staff is very friendly and professional and both the condo and grounds are clean and well maintained. The pool area is very nice to hang out, quiet and spacious. Our condo had two balconies, a strong AC system and ceiling fans, and well equipped kitchen. The place feels new and the beds very comfortable. The location is a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants, grocery, and shops all in walking distance. It is nice not having to drive so much. Next door is an excellent fresh juice and smoothie truck, and we booked our tours with Book with Maria on the next block. Although this place was on the pricier end for us, we saved money by going to the grocery store and cooking most of our meals which is what we prefer over eating out for every meal (note: dinners on the beach here can get expensive!). It is well worth the price for the location, free parking, and clean and friendly environment. I felt very safe staying here and walking around by myself. Highly recommend!

Great location as it’s a quick walk to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very clean. We enjoyed having our own little kitchen to make coffee and breakfast as it gets pretty expensive eating out in Samara. Easy parking for your rental and the front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Our visit was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious, and the pool and facilities were very well maintained. The staff was very helpful with our requests and madr us feel extremely welcomed since day one. The location made it easy to explore the beach or nearby restaurants. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return!

I spent a terrific week at Residencias Samara this past July (2024). It was my first time ever in Costa Rica. The property and amenities were top notch. Brand new, spacious room, modern decor, immaculately clean. The room was fully equipped, oven, fridge, two giant flatscreens, silverware, pots and pans, you name it. The pool is lovely and a social gathering place for guests. To boot, everything felt warm and welcoming for me as a single woman traveling alone. Will and Vicente are great managers - and Kieran, the owner, went out of his way for all guests he met. In short, the entire experience at Residencias Samara was first rate. I can't recommend it highly enough!
