Für mich als Reisender in 4 bis 5 Sterne Hotels eine neue Erfahrung und Enttäuschung die zum Teil darauf beruht, dass ich die vielen Benachrichtigungen und Links nicht einzeln durchgelesen habe und deshalb auch nicht wusste, dass es Bade- u. Handtücher gegeben hätte. Also meine Schuld! Nur ich bin ein unter Zeitdruck stehender Geschäftsreisender und habe keine Zeit mich damit zu beschäftigen. Fazit: für mich nicht geeignet. Des weiteren habe ich bei der Buchung zwar einen elektronischen aber keinen für die Buchhaltung ausreichenden Beleg bekommen. Bei Nachfrage beim Hotel habe ich eine Rechnung bekommen die allerdings um € 71,16 differiert. Zahlung € 247,74 Rechnung € 176,58. Die Rechnung wäre BH konform aber der Betrag stimmt nicht mit der Zahlung überein! Fazit: Ich habe heute Stunden lang vergeblich versucht vom Hotel eine korrekte Rechnung zu bekommen. Das der Differenzbetrag für Trip.com ist soll mir Recht sein, aber dass ich von keiner der beiden Parteien einen brauchbaren Beleg bekomme ist unter jeder Kritik und für mich nicht geeignet. Hotellzimmer: Im Badezimmer durfte ich die Bekanntschaft mit einer Wanze machen. Am Foto ersichtlich. Den Schimmel in der Dusche muss ich nicht fotografieren der ist immer noch vorhanden! Wenn man das Badezimmerfenster öffnet dann haben sie jede Menge Spinnweben im Fensterfalz. Spricht ebenfalls nicht für eine ordentliche Reinigung Fazit: In einem Drecksloch macht es keinen Spaß zu schlafen. Ich kann von diesem Hotel aus hygienischen Gründen und von trip.com aus buchhalterischen Gründen nur abraten.

Great place to stay and with a great view, close to the city and you can see the mountains 🏔️ and 🏰 castle …. Would recommend to friends and family.. was there for two nights and it was a quiet place and the neighborhood was so quiet. Best place to stay

We arrived and the room was disgusting- used towels, trash in the bins, used glasses, dust and dirt in the bathroom, dirt in the bed. We then had to wait outside in a hot parking lot for over an hour for the cleaning team to come and take care of it. In the morning there were rarely clean coffee cups downstairs. The service team was slow to write back. The room was very small for the expensive price. They frequently ran out of drinks.

The location is charming, nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, and the design is exquisite! Now, let's delve into the charming imperfections. The mattress must have been a historical artifact, passed down from generations, as it was thoroughly worn out. Thanks for the back pain. And the serenade of slamming doors, courtesy of the paper-thin walls, provided me with the thrill of a lifetime. The room was tiny, it could barely fit myself, let alone my luggage. As for cleanliness, well, dust and spiderwebs on the ceiling, is just part of the vintage ambiance, isn't it? And parking, oh yes, that's a fun adventure. If you're lucky, you might get one of the three on site parking spaces. Otherwise, brace yourself for a lovely souvenir - a parking ticket. In summary, if you're after a one-night stay in a Instagram worthy Hotel, Numa Maximilian is your wonderland. But if you value serene nights and a germ-free environment, perhaps consider investing a tad more and stay elsewhere.

Honestly, I don't think I have ever been in such a good hotel compared to the price. The room was very clean and good looking, it had a TV and the bed and shower were very comfortable. Easy accesible with a room code they send you. You had a lobby downstairs where you could chill, get free Coffee, beer or other drinks. They also offer breakfast, we didn't get this so I don't know how good this is. It doesn't have a reception, but you can just text them and they respond very quickly. Very much worth my buck.

This was a pleasant experience - everything here is managed digitally with no reception. For any issues we had a WhatsApp number to communicate. Felt uneasy initially but we liked it overall. Best part is free coffee and mini bar in the basement for all occupants! And of course it's close to the main Salzburg train station so was very easy to travel. Overall good experience!

Great hotel with fantastic service! The hotel feels very warm and welcoming. There is no staff, check-in is online. But the service via WhatsApp is fast and clear. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, clean and cozy. Downstairs is a free minibar, what a service! The rooms are spacious, clean and very nice. The hotel is perfect into every little detail, I can definitely recommend it!

Wir haben dieses Hotel als Hotel bei Booking gebucht. Leider ist es kein Hotel, da es nicht eine hotelübliche Dienstleistung anbietet, welche ein Hotel zum Hotel macht. Kein Housekeeping, dass heißt Zimmer werden nicht geputzt. Frische Handtücher ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Leider auch der s.g. Loungebereich nicht wirklich sauber. Wollte man sich hier hinsetzen, musste man irgendeinen Tisch erstmal von Krümeln oder Flecken säubern. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht um festzustellen, dass das Hotel gar kein Frühstück anbietet. Man findet morgens ein Doggybag auf dem Boden vor der Zimmertür. In Pappschachteln mit Holzbesteck soll man hier sein Frühstück "genießen". Wo man das Ganze essen soll hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Das Zimmer hatte weder Tisch noch Stuhl. Beschweren ist auch schwer. Es gibt nur einen KI Bot per WhatsApp der nicht besonders hilfreich ist. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht die bei Fragen hilft. Das Hotel liegt zwar zentral, aber das Parken war eine Katastrophe. In der Umgebung gibt es nur Kurzparkzonen mit einer maximalen Parkdauer von 3 Stunden, sodass es als Hotelgast praktisch unmöglich ist, das Auto über Nacht stehen zu lassen. Das Hotel bietet leider keine alternative Lösungen an. Wir mussten ständig umparken und zusätzlich hohe Parkgebühren zahlen. Sehr unpraktisch und stressig, wenn man einfach nur seinen Aufenthalt genießen möchte. In Summe fühlt man sich wie in einem Airbnb. Jede gute Jugendherberge bietet wohl besseren Service. Völlig überteuert für das was man hier bekommt. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Das Konzept ist alles andere als gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt.
