Ulasan Harry's XL Hotel Salzburg

Kamar hotel umumnya higienis, toiletnya memiliki rambut dan seprai juga ternoda Kami berdua memberikan tipe kamar dengan 4 tempat tidur (1x tempat tidur susun + 2x tempat tidur single), saya merasa tempat tidur susun yang tidak berguna mengambil lebih banyak ruang, dan posisi tengah hanya membuka dua koper. Hotel ini memiliki dapur umum dan ruang cuci, dapur sebenarnya hanya memiliki lemari es dan oven microwave, jika Anda ingin membeli makanan beku untuk makan malam, Anda bisa. Tapi hanya ada satu kartu kunci di ruang bersama ini. Setiap kali Anda ingin masuk, Anda harus pergi ke resepsionis untuk meminjamnya. Jika Anda kurang beruntung seperti kami, orang lain meminjam kartu kuncinya tetapi Anda tidak berada di ruangan, jadi Anda tidak bisa menggunakannya dengan menyamar. Asrama pemuda ini secara umum sepadan dengan harganya, tetapi pengaturan ruang bersama dapat ditingkatkan.

Lokasi sangat nyaman, dekat dengan Salzburg Central Station, ada juga supermarket, restoran, dll, fasilitasnya lengkap, pelayanannya bagus, kamarnya juga besar, sangat bersih, dan harganya sangat mahal.

Good location, very close to bus station and shopping centre, the room is spacious and quiet.

It’s very cheap. For short stay, it’s not bad. Because it only takes 5~10min to walk to train station. It’s really convenient~

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. We were really tired from a long journey, to our surprise the bunk bed was not ready when we entered the room and there were only 2 bath towels in the room. I had to ask the receptionist to get bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and bath towels. The receptionist also told me I had to make the bunk beds ourselves. We were really disappointed with the lack of service to prepare our room in advance. The shared kitchen is stuffy and needs a deep cleaning. The microwave was filthy. There were not enough utensils available in the kitchen. We are glad we didn't stay at this hotel for a long time.

Das Wolfgang's managed by A&O hat mir wegen mehrerer Gründe wirklich gut gefallen. 1. Der Preis. Für Salzburger Verhältnisse fast geschenkt. 2. Kompetenter und freundlicher Service. 3. Die Sauberkeit. Bad und Bett wirklich makellos. Die Bettwäsche, zwei Kopfkissen, grosses weißes weiches Handtuch usw frisch duftend. In meinem Zimmer (#116) gab es 2x2 Etagen Betten und zwei einfache Betten nebeneinander, direkt am Fenster, das auch teilweise geöffnet werden konnte. Ich hatte Glück, das Nachbarbett war nicht belegt. 4. Die Lobby (mit Klavier!) hell, mit vielen Sitz Möglichkeiten. Dort kann man auch ein recht gutes Frühstücksbuffet für €9,30 nehmen. Bis 11 Uhr. 5. Die Lage. Kaum 3 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Decent breakfast spread. Convenient location near train station. Unfortunately, the shower cubicle door had issue and cannot be closed fully - toilet area outside of showers became wet. There was also a smell due to the shower drain. Other than that, room was good for the price.

The front desk shouted at me on my request of city tax receipt and blamed me that it’s my fault to reserve the room not in their website which made him unable to print the receipt. He kept repeating his excuses and yelled at me that I didn’t understand English. Bad smell came from the shower sinkhole that spreads the room when it’s too cold to open window to sleep with freezing temperature. The only good thing is the feel-like clean bed which I believe a&o guaranteed.

It was a good experience for us. However, we book for 4 friends separately. 3 of us have the same room however 1 is different. So, 3 of us are comfortable but 1 friend is not enjoying the stay.

if you are going to buy breakfast - try to buy one in a&o hostel next door if they have capacity. Price is the same but they have better variety and pancakes:)

The room is quite good, the staff is enthusiastic

Not the best of hostels, but it is the cheapest one around so I guess you get what you pay for. I felt as if the rooms were quite small and there were no lockers inside the rooms. Also, there was no bed number assigned so I was asked to move as I had taken someone's bed by accident, as it looked empty. Also, you had to buy sheets for your bed, which I found quite silly and to be frank, a rip off. I will go for a more expensive hostel next time, as this one was definitely one of the worser ones I've stayed in. Upsides are that it was cheap and due to the way the rooms are organised, it is quite easy to meet fellow travellers if that is what you are after.
