Grinkle Park Hotel

環境好，早餐好，服務也可以… 房間大小可以，就是整體樓梯有點老，沒有電梯，但是也不影響，是另外一種體驗，也不錯… 就是床太小，其他都很好…

Service and cleanliness very good but parts of the hotel need an upgrade...especially getting rid of shower curtains !! and providing a non slip mat for inside the bath.We found the mattress in Jenny Bradley small, for the size of room ,and uncomfortable. We have stayed several times and love the location,grounds, and peace.,the excellent sized carpark and the friendliness of the staff. Evening dinners were of good quality and well presented.All in all a very pleasant stay but bearing in mind the comments about the room,especially that shower curtain..very old fashioned!

A beautiful building with a pleasant old-style ambience. We were allotted Heron room.It was the worst room and potentially the most dangerous room we’ve ever slept in . The lighting was poor (single standard lamp only) and the positioning of the bed was dire .On the right hand side the access was difficult and potentially hazardous past a hot radiator. The left hand side was restricted by the desk( of no use as Wi-Fi was rubbish )which was right against the bed and had a glass top with sharp corners which could have caused a serious injury. The food was good and the staff friendly and efficient although we sometimes had to hunt someone down to man the bar on occasion. We feel that the room could be improved and made less hazardous by removing the desk,centring the bed and installing bedside cabinets with lighting . In your advertising of a classic double room no way represents Heron . Suggest someone from management and partner experience a night in Heron
