The hotel is located in the center of Salt Lake City, with convenient transportation. The main buildings and shopping centers can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The city is sparsely populated and quiet. The hotel is clean and tidy with a quiet environment.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other places I have stayed, but it was ok. I liked that the air conditioner was not right next to the bed and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Also it was great to be able to get a cup of tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was great and everything was at the right temperature. The little store part was great too. I forgot a razor and was able to buy one.

The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.

The hotel is opposite the Utah Jazz home, but it is about 10 minutes from the main city commercial center. It will take 10 minutes from Temple Square.
