轉機的話，是個性價比很高的酒店。shuttle bus每30分鐘一輛，要在前台登記。司機會問你要小費，2或3美元一個人

비누가 없고, 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가서 방을 바꿔달라고 했는데, 빈대 확인차 침대 이불을 펼쳐본 거 갖고 ‘the bed is destroyed'라면서 비누 교체해줄테니 여기 머무르고, 세면대 물도 다른방도 다 느리게 내려간다고 변명함.

是一家快捷酒店，類似國內的漢庭和如家，不過人家有早餐。

Dont' book this hotel if you want an hassle free transfer to the airport! They have one shuttle serving 2 hotels. We checked in late afternoon after returning our rental car and asked for an early morning transfer to the airport for our flight. The lady at the reception, unhelpful and annoyed, told us the shuttle was fully booked for the time we needed and asked us to register for a different time and so we did. Next morning we realized other people registered at the same time after our booking, furthermore when the shuttle arrived, it was half full with guests of the other hotel. So we had to wait 15 minutes more for next shuttle. I've seen people calling taxi or uber trying not to loose their flight (it was 5am). In 30 years of travel is the worst service from an hotel nearby the airport I've ever seen. That said rooms are new, spacious and clean (that's why I rate 2 points). If you want to have dinner you have to walk 5 minutes to another hotel.

Very modern hotel, not your usual Hilton. But rooms were large and clean. Good breakfast with quite a bit of choice, breakfast area kept clean and re stocked frequently. Hotel staff friendly and advised on places to get dinner as no restaurants near the hotel.

Shout out to Kelly at the front desk and Becky in maintenance for helping me with a TSA lock. When I approached the front desk to let them know that my key was missing, I expected to get a luke warm response - to my surprise, Kelly immediately sought out someone in maintenance to see if they had tools I could use. Becky appeared with the necessary items, and we were able to pop that lock off in short order. This saved me a trip to the hardware store, and it's a great example of staff going above and beyond for a customer. Many thanks to both of them!

The walls are so thin and you can hear everything in every room. Stayed here two nights and did not sleep either night. It’s like the noise echoes into your room. I travel a lot and I’m used to normal hotel noise but this was beyond ridiculous! I will never stay at TRU again. Very dissatisfied with Hilton and this product.

Do not prepay because hotel does not have a way to see that the reservation is prepaid and you will be charged double! Hotel itself is spartan but clean enough and convenient. Breakfast is standard motel offering; precooked pancakes are pretty good.

We stayed here overnight to catch an early-morning flight. We had pre-paid for our rooms, and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant said she had to charge us, that it didn’t show on her end that we paid. When we showed her our confirmation number, she said we had to call Hilton directly. We did, and after talking to Hilton, the desk attendant still required that we be charged even though we’d pre-paid because her manager wasn’t there. The manager was unhelpful, and we ended up leaving the country hoping we wouldn’t be double-charged. We were charged a nightly fee for parking when the Hilton Website said free parking and free shuttle. It was a stressful way to begin a vacation. The room was clean. The soap dispenser was not attached to the wall. Otherwise, everything in the room was fine. We have stayed at Tru in Salt Lake and Lehi, UT several times. Lehi’s Tru has great customer service, but we won’t be back to the one by the airport as it does not, with the exception of the shuttle drivers, which were both helpful and friendly.
